Methods for treating chronic heart failure due to left ventricular end systolic (LVESV) dysfunction with STRO-1+ mesenchymal linage precursor cells (MPCs) are provided.

Method for treating heart failure

The present disclosure relates to stem cells which express high levels of Angeopoetin-1 (Ang1) and uses thereof in inhibiting M1-type macrophage production and treating inflammatory disease such as diabetes.

Treatment of immune disorders

The present disclosure relates to methods for preventing progressive heart failure in subjects with persistent left ventricular (LV) dysfunction.
