A roll stabilizer for a motor vehicle includes a torsion bar and a vibration damper located on the torsion bar. The vibration damper is configured to vibrate relative to the torsion bar. The vibration damper includes two half-shells formed together about the torsion bar. Damper elements are disposed between the half-shells. The damper elements can be adjusted via an adjustment component to alter the rigidity of the damper elements.

Roll stabilizer for a motor vehicle

A method is disclosed for setting an axial preload force of a roller screw drive rotatably mounted in a housing. The housing is split transversely into a first and a second housing part. The roller screw drive is inserted with two axially spaced bearings into the second housing part. An axial preload force is applied which is transmitted from the first bearing via the roller screw drive to the second bearing. An axial load spacing between the bearing supporting surface of the first bearing and a second housing edge of the second housing part is measured. An adjusting nut is screwed into the first housing part until an axial adjustable spacing is the same size as the measured axial load spacing. The adjusting nut is then secured in place in the first housing part, and the two housing parts are connected to one another.

Method for setting an axial preload force of a roller screw drive of an actuator of a steering device of a motor vehicle

The disclosure relates to a planetary roller screw drive comprising a threaded spindle nut, a horizontal threaded spindle, a plurality of planetary rolling elements having a planetary rolling element profile, and at least two planetary guide rings. The threaded spindle is arranged concentrically in the planetary guide rings and the spindle nut. The planetary guide rings can be rotated relative to the threaded spindle and the planetary rolling elements are mounted so as to be rotatable about their associated planetary rolling element axis in the planetary guide rings and inside the spindle nut. The planetary rolling element profile of the planetary rolling elements meshes with the threaded spindle. The planetary guide rings are connected to a housing case for conjoint rotation, and the housing case has a housing case lateral surface on which a toothing is formed for coupling in a geared manner to with a continuous traction mechanism.

Planetary roller screw drive

Gears, for example, for a gear train are disclosed. The gear may be divided into two axially adjacent spur gears and have a torsion spring in the form of a circular ring segment. Between two peripherally mutually opposing spring ends, a slot may be formed in which two cams engage which are each assigned to one of the two spur gears. One of the cams may be assigned to one of the two spring ends and the other cam may be assigned to the other spring end. The two cams may be arranged at least substantially overlap-free in an axial direction, wherein contact faces for the cams formed at both spring ends of the torsion spring are arranged on a radially outer end of the spring ends. The contact faces may be delimited radially inwardly by clearances on the spring ends.
