Disclosed is an intermittent moving mechanism, which belongs to the technical field of conveying devices and includes a guide rail; a sliding block moving along the guide rail, two stop blocks arranged at intervals, wherein a distance between the two stop blocks is greater than a length of the sliding block along an extension direction of the guide rail, and the sliding block is positioned between the two stop blocks; and a reciprocating movement structure, configured to push the two stop blocks to move synchronously and reciprocally along an extension direction of the guide rail. The reciprocating moving structure in the intermittent mechanism continuously operates, which avoids repeated starting and stopping and speed changes of the prime mover, and is beneficial to reducing the operation energy consumption and reducing the noise pollution to the environment.

Intermittent moving mechanism and intermittent diversion device

A material layered conveying device based on a disassembly line, including a front section conveyor belt, a rear section conveyor belt, and a lower conveyor belt. An interval between the front and rear section conveyor belts is provided with two sets of movable conveyor belts arranged in side by side parallel, a lifting conveyor belt is provided below the interval and adjacent to and horizontal with the lower conveyor belt, and a lifting conveyor belt elevator is provided under the lifting conveyor belt. The lifting conveyor belt is driven vertically up, and the lifting conveyor belt is horizontal with the front and rear section conveyor belts when the lifting conveyor belt is moved to a maximum distance. The device adopts the movable dual conveyor belts of the respective levels of the upper and lower conveyor belts, and can achieve synchronous high-low transferring of the material when the material is conveyed.

Material layered conveying device based on disassembly line

A gantry crane for a container includes a portal main frame, a traveling mechanism, a translation mechanism, a hoisting mechanism and a spreader assembly. The spreader assembly includes a spreader body, two telescopic girders and a drive assembly. The drive assembly includes a cam, a sliding way and two sliding blocks. Two arc-shaped first sliding grooves are circumferentially provided on the cam. A middle of the sliding way is rotatably connected with the cam. Two sides of connection of the sliding way and the cam on the sliding way are provided with a second sliding groove. Each sliding block matches with the first and second sliding grooves, and can slide back and forth along them. The telescopic beams are slidably connected to the spreader body, and are symmetrically provided and connected to the sliding blocks, respectively.
