A vacuum interrupter arrangement may be used in a tap changer. The vacuum interrupter arrangement has a vacuum interrupter; a metal shield configured to shield against external magnetic fields, the metal shield having a hollow cylindrical design and being arranged around at least a part of a cylindrical outer surface of the vacuum interrupter; and a holder, which is arranged on the outside of the metal shield and the vacuum interrupter, and which surrounds the metal shield and the vacuum interrupter at least partially coaxially. The holder has a plurality of holding elements which hold the metal shield in position relative to the vacuum interrupter.

Vacuum interrupter

An on-load tap-changer of a tap-changing transformer has a switch. The switch has: a take-off contact; a primary fixed contact; and a contact unit. The contact unit has a moving contact, a first arcing contact and a second arcing contact. These contacts are pivotable about a pivot axis during a switchover process such that the contacts assume a first position, in which they make contact with the take-off contact and the primary fixed contact, and a second position, in which they are separated from the take-off contact and the primary fixed contact. The second arcing contact assumes the first position before the first arcing contact when switching over from the second position to the first position and leaves the first position after the first arcing contact when switching over from the first position to the second position.

Switch for an on-load tap changer and load transfer switch for an on-load tap changer

A diverter switch is for an on-load tap-changer. The diverter switch includes: at least one vacuum interrupter; an actuating element, which is mechanically connected at a first end of the vacuum interrupter and has a roller at a second end; and an actuating body having a base body and having at least one cam. The vacuum interrupter is configured to be actuated via the actuating element as a result of the roller moving over the actuating body. At least one part of the cam has a higher strength than the base body.

Load transfer switch for on-load tap changer, and on-load tap changer

A switch includes a diverter contact; a primary fixed contact; and a secondary fixed contact. The switch additionally includes a primary movable contact configured to be pivoted, relative to the diverter contact and the primary fixed contact, about a pivot axis between a first end position and a second end position. In the first end position, the primary movable contact bears by a first contact point against the diverter contact and by a second contact point against the primary fixed contact. The switch further includes a secondary movable contact configured to be pivoted, relative to the diverter contact and the secondary fixed contact, about the pivot axis between a first end position and a second end position. In the first end position the secondary movable contact bears by a third contact point against the diverter contact and by a fourth contact point against the secondary fixed contact.

Load transfer switch for an on-load tap changer and continuous main switch and disconnecting switch for same

A load selector has a load changeover switch insert with a switching tube rotatable about an axis, at least one switching segment fastened to the switching tube, and at least two vacuum interrupters in the at least one switching segment. Each vacuum interrupter has a switching tube having a respective axially movable contact that cooperates at its free end with an actuating lever. The vacuum interrupters are so arranged in alternation in opposite sense that the movable contacts of the at least two vacuum interrupters are movable with respect to the axis alternately in opposite directions.

On-load tap changer

An on-load tap changer has a load changeover switch insert having a switching tube rotatable about an axis, at least one switching module associated with the switching insert and having at least one switching segment fastened to the switching tube, an oil tank, and a resistor subassembly having a plurality of separate and identical resistors. An actuating arrangement associated with the switching module at an inner wall of the oil tank has a plurality of identical actuators associated with the switching module at the inner wall of the oil tank. The on-load tap changer is a load selector or a load changeover switch depending on the arrangement of the at least one identical switching segment, the resistor subassembly, and the mounting of the plurality of identical actuators at the inner wall of the oil tank.

An on-load tap changer has a switching tube, an oil suction pipe arranged centrally and coaxially along an axis inside the switching tube, and a kerosene drain screw so mounted in a base of the on-load tap changer that it is coaxial with an axis of the oil suction pipe, with the axis of the switching tube, and with an axis of the on-load tap changer. A bearing ring is so acted on by a resilient element at one side and radially with respect to the axis of the on-load tap changer that the switching tube and the oil suction pipe both mechanically positively cooperate with the bearing ring and are centered about the axis of the on-load tap changer.

A load selector for tapped transformers has an oil tank and a preselector having a first preselector contact and a second preselector contact for each phase to be switched by the load selector. The first preselector contact and the second preselector contact are mounted on a wall of the oil tank and extending through the wall of the oil tank. A first zero contact and a second zero contact separate from the first zero contact are provided for each phase to be switched by the preselector. The first zero contact and the second zero contact are each mounted on the wall of the oil tank and extend through the wall of the oil tank.

Arrangement of vacuum switching tubes in a load transfer switch

A tap changer with vacuum-switching tubes for controlling a transformer having taps has a selector for power-free selection of a one of the taps to be switched and a load-changeover switch for actual switching over from the connected tap to a new, pre-selected one of the taps. A first cam disk is fixed against rotation on a rotatable switch shaft, and a rocker lever arrangement has a first roller for actuating the vacuum-switching tubes. A second cam disk is also rotationally fixed on the switch shaft, and there are two further arms of U-shaped construction on the rocker lever arrangement. A lever has a free end provided with a second roller that co-operates with the second cam disk. This lever is between the further arms and mounted to be rotatable about an axis. A compression spring is provided between the lever and the further arms.

Stepping switch with vacuum switching tubes

An on-load tap changer for uninterrupted changeover between winding taps of a tapped transformer has a separate selector for power-free preselection of the winding tap to be switched to, a separate load changeover switch for the actual load changeover from the previous to the preselected new winding tap, a rotatable drive shaft, and a force accumulator with at least one force-accumulator spring that for each load changeover is initially stressed by the drive shaft and after triggering thereof abruptly actuates the load changeover switch. A gear operatively connected with the drive shaft can load the force accumulator. A first mechanical freewheel between the gear and the force accumulator temporarily decouples the force accumulator from rotation with the drive shaft in such a manner that the force accumulator can be stressed with a delay in time after the start of actuation of the drive shaft.

A tap changer for uninterrupted switching over between winding taps of a tapped transformer has two load branches each for a respective phase to be switched. Each load branch has a vacuum switching contact acting as main contact and parallel thereto at least one series connection of a switch-over resistance and a respective further vacuum switching contact. The two load branches are connected with a common load shunt or connectable by mechanical switching elements. Two respective vacuum switching contacts of each load branch are constructionally combined to form a single vacuum switching tube with two separate movable contacts actuatable independently of one another and a common fixed contact. The common fixed contact is connected with the common load shunt or connectable mechanical switching contacts.

The invention relates to a stepping switch comprising vacuum switching tubes. The general inventive concept consists in providing one or more cam disks which have profiled circumferential contours both on the upper or lower face as well as on the lateral face, said contours being in the shape of cams for example, so that the vacuum switching tubes can be actuated by both the profiled circumferential contour of the lateral face as well as by the contour of the upper or lower face.
