A manufacturing method of an array substrate and a display panel are disclosed. The manufacturing method includes: disposing a photoresist on an active switch; disposing a protective layer on the active switch; disposing a pixel electrode layer on the protective layer. The step of etching each film layer material based on the photoresist to form an active switch includes: performing a first wet etching on the active switch; performing a first dry etching and two ashing treatments on the active switch; performing a second wet etching on the active switch; and removing the photoresist. The present application can improve the issue of photoresist residues.

Manufacturing method of array substrate, and display panel

A circuit for eliminating afterimage and a display device. The circuit includes a power supply unit, an afterimage elimination unit and a discharge unit. First and second output ends of the power supply unit are connected with the afterimage elimination unit, respectively. A control end of the discharge unit is configured in electric connection with the control unit, and an execution end of the discharge unit is connected with the first output end of the power supply unit. When the screen is turned off, the control unit outputs a first control signal to the discharge unit. The discharge unit discharges at the first output end of the power supply unit according to the first control signal, so as to expedite a falling of the first voltage output from the first output end of the power supply unit.

Circuit for eliminating afterimage and display device

A device for photo alignment includes: a bearing platform; a linearly polarized light source located at one side of the bearing platform; and a control assembly located between the linearly polarized light source and the bearing platform. One side of the bearing platform close to the control assembly is configured for placing a large plate glass to be aligned, and the large plate glass to be aligned includes a plurality of alignment areas; the linearly polarized light source is configured for providing a first polarized light to the control assembly; the control assembly is configured for adjusting a polarization direction of the first polarized light, and configured for providing a second polarized light to the plurality of alignment areas included in the large plate glass to be aligned; and polarization directions of the second polarized light respectively corresponding to at least two alignment areas are different.

Device and method for photo alignment

The display panel includes two display screens arranged opposite to each other, and the display method of the display panel includes: acquiring a liquid crystal response duration of each display screen upon receiving image information to be displayed; taking a display screen having a shorter liquid crystal response duration as a first display screen, and taking a display screen having a longer liquid crystal response duration as a second display screen; and driving the second display screen to display, and delaying to drive the first display screen to display. A display device and a display panel are also disclosed. The display panel of the present application has a good display effect.
