A multilayer component includes a ceramic base body and at least one internal electrode in the ceramic base body. The at least one internal electrode includes holes, and is made of a material having a liquidus temperature that differs from a sintering temperature of the ceramic base body. The ceramic base body is sinterable such that formation of holes in the at least one internal electrode occurs during sintering.

Multi-layered component and method for the production thereof

The invention relates to a piezoelectric ceramic material having the general composition ABOwith at least a proportion of the PZT ceramic having a composition of the invention with Cu cations. The proportion of Zr and Ti cations is selected based upon the content of Cu cations, such that the ceramic material is tailored to the morphotropic phase boundary. The invention further discloses a method for producing a ceramic material of this type.

Piezoelectric ceramic material multi-layered component and method for the production of a ceramic material

A multilayer electrical component includes a plurality of ceramic layers disposed along an axis, a plurality of electrode layers disposed between the plurality of ceramic layers and in electrical contact with the ceramic layers, and a ceramic breach layer disposed between a first and a second ceramic layer of the plurality of ceramic layers along the axis. The ceramic breach layer has a lower breach stability than the plurality of ceramic layers with regard to tensile stresses in the direction of the axis.

Electrical multilayered component and layer stack

A piezoelectric component includes piezoelectric layers and electrode layers between at least some of the piezoelectric layers. The electrode layers define a middle segment in an interior of the piezoelectric layers and end segments located between ends of at least some of the electrode layers and an end of at least one of the piezoelectric layers. The piezoelectric layers include a first piezoelectric material at the end segments and a second piezoelectric material at the middle segment between electrode layers. The first piezoelectric material has a first expansion that is less than a second expansion of the second piezoelectric material.
