The invention relates to a honeycomb body with an electric heating device. The electric heating device includes at least one electrically insulating heating wire which is fixed by a pin assembly to a front side of a honeycomb body. The electrically insulated heating wire is positioned at a distance of at least five times and a maximum of fifteen times that of the wire diameter.

A honeycomb body includes wound and/or stacked layers having a geometric center axis, a cavity rotationally symmetrically around the center axis and an outer lateral surface. Each layer extends approximately concentrically around the axis. At least one of the layers is at least partially structured forming channels through which a fluid can flow. The channels extend from the cavity outward to the outer lateral surface at a non-right cone angle to the axis. The channels have a cross-section changing along the channels from inside to outside. At least one structured layer and at least one intermediate layer are alternatingly disposed and helically layered. The structure height of the structured sheet-metal layer forming the channels is substantially constant and channel cross-sectional areas increase from inside to outside. The intermediate layer can be made of simple wires or of specially cut or folded smooth sheet-metal layers.

A thermoelectric module extends in a longitudinal direction and includes an outer tube, an inner tube disposed within the outer tube and an interspace between the tubes. At least one first strip-shaped structure and one second strip-shaped structure are provided. The first strip-shaped structure extends from a first connection on the inner tube and the second strip-shaped structure extends from a second connection on the outer tube in opposite directions in at least one circumferential direction or in the longitudinal direction and at least partly form an overlap at least in the circumferential direction or in the longitudinal direction. At least one pair of semiconductor elements is disposed in the region of the overlap. A method for producing a thermoelectric module and a thermoelectric generator are also provided.

A device having a heat exchanger includes a housing having an inlet and an outlet for a fluid and an inner tube having a first end face extending in axial direction, an opposite second end face and a circumferential surface having openings. A plurality of heat exchanger tubes is disposed parallel to the axial direction on the outside of the circumferential surface. The housing encloses the heat exchanger tubes and the inner tube and the inlet is fluidically connected to the first end face. Guide elements are disposed between the heat exchanger tubes so that the fluid entering the inner tube through the first end face flows out across the heat exchanger tubes in radial direction starting from the inner tube. A thermoelectric module includes an inner circumferential surface and an outer circumferential surface each being assigned to a respective hot side or cold side and forming an intermediate space therebetween, a geometric axis and at least one sealing element. The sealing element at least partially forms the inner circumferential surface or is separated from the hot side or cold side disposed there only by an electric insulation layer. The sealing element seals the intermediate space at least with respect to the cold side and has at least one electric conductor connecting at least one thermoelectric element disposed in the thermoelectric module to at least one other electric conductor disposed outside the thermoelectric module.
