A patient imaging system for creating visual representations for analysis includes an imaging source and a patient support disposed proximate the imaging source configured to receive and support the patient. An imaging device is disposed adjacent to the patient support and incorporates at least one detector, one or more slats cooperating with the at least one detector and a collimator disposed between the one or more slats and patient support having a plurality of links adjustably positionable on the collimator. The plurality of links receive and support imaging plates that may be adjusted to provide a variety of image settings such that the imaging device and imaging source define a pre-determined imaging volume in an imaging region for the patient positioned in the imaging system.

Production and/or installation device for producing and/or installing a workpiece, with a device frame and a workpiece support table, which has several workpiece supports and is rotating with respect to one or more stationary work stations and can be moved in synchronized fashion, and with a driving mechanism for driving the one or more workstations, which driving mechanism has a motor and at least one essentially vertically movable coupling element, the movement of which is coupled indirectly with the motor and with which a driver of a work station is or can be coupled, the driving mechanism having a working shaft, which is disposed vertically and can be rotated by the motor, with a guiding device, with which the movement of the coupling element is coupled and over which the vertical movement of the coupling element is controlled.

A vibrating spiral conveyor includes a vibrating system with a useful mass and a counter mass which can be brought into a mutually oppositely oscillating rotational vibrating movement about a central axis of rotation over at least one driving device. The useful mass and the counter mass are mounted so that they can be moved with respect to one another over spring arrangements, which are distributed about the axis of rotation, a portion of the useful mass being a pot, which is disposed detachably and exchangably. The moments of inertia (M, M) of the useful mass and of the counter mass are in a defined ratio to one another and the pot, which can be mounted exchangeably, is designed so that the moment of inertia (M) of the useful mass and, with that, the ratio of the moments of inertia (M, M) remain essentially unchanged.

Vibrating spiral conveyor

A production and/or assembly apparatus for processing workpieces has a stationary frame forming basic unit of the system. A motion device is movably supported on the frame. A plurality of workpiece carriers are moved in an indexed manner relative to processing modules and feeders arranged in a fixed position on the frame. The workpiece carriers and/or the processing modules and/or the feeders are detachably fastenable in their respective positions by fastening devices which have an identical design in each case for the workpiece carriers and/or the processing modules and/or the feeders. The apparatus can be reset or retooled by simply exchanging one or more of the workpiece carriers, one or more of the processing modules, and/or one or more of the feeders. The resetting and retooling thereby does not affect the frame forming the basic unit.
