A pilot-controlled valve having a valve system switches a pressure medium flow between at least one working connection, a supply pressure connection and a ventilation connection, and includes at least one valve member of ceramic material operated rotationally/linearly by pilot control, at least one connecting channel is bringable into flow connection to the working connection, which, based on the valve member's position, produces a flow connection of the working connection to a first flow channel connected to the ventilation connection or to a second flow channel that is connected to the supply pressure connection, at least one section of the first and second flow channels being in at least one static valve body of ceramic material, at least the first flow channel is sealed from the second flow channel by at least one seal that is in a region outside a direct inflow by the pressure medium.

Electropneumatic double control valve comprising a sealing arrangement

Electropneumatic control valve for a pneumatic brake system of a vehicle having a relay valve housing in which an axially adjustable control piston is arranged for actuating a valve seat arrangement which switches the compressed-air flow between at least one exterior brake line connection, a supply pressure connection and a bleeder connection. The control piston is axially guided by means of a coaxial guiding arrangement. The guiding arrangement comprises a separate guiding sleeve which is stationarily fastened to the pilot valve housing and which is provided with an upper guiding section which, for the axial guidance, corresponds with a passage bore in the control piston, and which, in addition, has a lower tube section of a smaller outside diameter adjoining the upper guiding section in order to guide the outgoing air flowing through an integrated axial bleeder duct directly to the bleeder connection.

Electropneumatic control valve for a pneumatic brake system of a vehicle, having a divided valve housing consisting of a lower relay valve housing and an upper pilot valve housing which enclose a control chamber in which an axially adjustable control piston is guided. The piston can be acted upon by way of a pilot valve arrangement accommodated in the pilot valve housing in order to switch the compressed-air flow between at least one brake line connection arranged on the relay valve housing, a supply pressure connection and as a bleeder connection by way of an interior valve seat arrangement. A control connection of a back-up valve of the pilot valve arrangement is also arranged on the relay valve housing, and by way of a valve-internal pressure medium duct is connected with the back-up magnetic valve accommodated in the pilot valve housing. Internal pressure medium ducts are arranged and sealed in a manner that allows the pilot valve housing to be produced without machining.

An electropneumatic regulating valve for an air brake system of a motor vehicle, with a valve seat assembly which switches compressed air flow between at least one external brake line connection, a feed pressure connection, and a venting port, the valve seat assembly including a coaxial valve seat assembly with external and internal valve seats and a pot-like sealing cup with a coaxial passage. A ring-shaped, surface of the sealing cup seals between the exterior and interior valve seats. The opposing face of the ring-shaped surface has two coaxial sealing lip segments projecting away from the ring-shaped surface and forming an annular space therebetween. The sealing cup includes a reinforcing insert with a U-shaped cross-section located in the annular space which reinforces the ring-shaped surface and the sealing lip segments. The insert also has a molded-on shoulder which reinforces the inside radial area of the sealing area.

Pilot valve comprising a valve seat arrangement

The invention relates to a piloted valve, in particular an electropneumatic control valve for a pneumatic brake system of a vehicle. Said valve comprises a divided valve housing, in which at least one control piston that can be axially displaced for actuating a valve seat arrangement, which switches the compressed air flow between external connections, is located. The control piston can be impinged by at least one electromagnetic pilot valve to cause the axial displacement, said valve being lodged in a pilot valve housing part that is connected to the relay valve housing part, whereby a pressure compensation channel with multiple bends is configured in the vicinity of the wall of the control chamber in the valve housing for bleeding a pressureless hollow chamber in the interior of the valve. The outlet opening of said channel that leads to the exterior is located at a distance behind a cover hood on the valve housing and is protected against water splashes. The section of said channel that lies in close proximity to the hollow chamber is provided with an interchangeable pressure compensation element.
