The invention relates to a multipart chain fixing device for securing at least one conveyor chain on a trough element of especially an underground scraper chain conveyor. The fixing device comprises a bridge part (), which has a bridge bar () that at least partially overlaps the conveyor chain in a positive-locking manner and ends in two lateral side end portions (). It also comprises two side parts (), which are fastenable to the trough element pan and to which the side end portionsare releasably securable by positive-locking means. For providing a chain fixing device, inclusive of the associated trough element and the individual components, which offer increased safety in underground usage, combined with simple assembly, the side parts () are releasably fastenable in a positive-locking manner in cavities in the conveyor floor of the trough element.

Multipart chain fixing device, trough element and parts for the same

A pan section for combined conveying and winning apparatuses having a bottom run and a top run for guiding driver elements of a conveyor chain, as well as a welded frame structure which has two side cheeks which consist of one-piece rolled profiles. The rolled profiles have a constant profile shape with a bottom leg and a top leg, which are angled outwards in the assembled state, and an intermediate leg being provided with an offset for supporting and welding at least one intermediate plate. The pan section further includes a substructure connected to the bottom leg of the rolled profiles to connect both bottom legs to one another at a distance from the intermediate bottom. The substructure also has mounting pieces positioned at the ends below the bottom legs for transverse-force transmission means.

Pan section

A conveyor pan for a mining conveyor having a substructure with two side elements and an intermediate floor as well as a changeable trough forming a top strand and being detachably and exchangeably fastenable to the substructure. The trough having side profiles, each with a top web, and the top strand fastening means including screw bolts being fixable in place on the substructure. In order to ease an exchange of the trough, at least the top web of one side profile is provided with a plurality of open-edged indentations, in which there are welded holding strips, which project laterally over the top web and are provided with a plurality of bolt holes for the passage of a plurality of screw bolts.

The present invention relates to a conveyor pan () for underground face or gate conveyors, with a pair of side parts () comprising cast parts which include cast vertical arms () extending over the height of the bottom run () and the top run (), a lower cast flange arm () extending outwards to the rear, a cast foot flange () extending inwards onto whose lower side a base plate () is welded which closes the bottom run to the bottom, as well as on the end faces cast accepting elements () for the means of joining conveyor pans, and with a conveyor pan base () preferably comprising a rolled sheet. This has tongue like segments () on both long sides, which engage in cut-out slots () in the vertical arms () of the side parts () and are welded to them on the outer of the side parts ().

In a toggle bar link () for conveyor pans of conveyors or guideway pans of extraction machine guideways, with toggle bar sockets () arranged at the sides of the pans in whose socket cut-outs () a toggle bar can be inserted and retained by securing elements (), both the toggle bar () and the securing elements () as well as the toggle bar sockets () are constructed intrinsically symmetrically and the toggle bar sockets () are arranged symmetrical to a plane of symmetry (S) running through the joint between the pans. Owing to the symmetrical construction of the individual parts they can not only be produced simply but also no orientation problems are posed in the assembly of the individual parts.

A conveyor chute for chain scraper conveyors, in particular stope conveyors, having a bottom aperture provided in the conveyor bottom forming an inspection or repair aperture and closed by way of a closure panel during the conveying operation. The closure panel is guided in slot-shaped apertures of the two side profiles of the conveyor chute by way of their opposite panel edges and secured against displacement by a locking device. The two side profiles of the conveyor chute are each formed of two profile strips in superimposed array which are not interconnected to the conveyor bottom in the region of the bottom aperture. The two side profiles form the slot-shaped apertures in which the locking of the closure panel in the closed position takes place only on one of the two side profiles.
