A membrane valve arrangement () includes a disc-shaped valve membrane () made from an elastic material and a disc () having a central opening (). The valve membrane () is arranged with one side on the disc () and has a circumferential sealing bead () radially outside on the side opposite from the disc. The disc () is arranged, along with the valve membrane (), between a housing upper part () and a housing lower part () of the membrane valve arrangement (). The sealing bead () is clamped between the housing upper part () and the housing lower part (). The sealing action in the region of the sealing bead is largely independent of tolerances because, on at least one of the housing parts in the region of the sealing bead () and/or in the radially outer peripheral region of the disc (), additional sealing arrangements are present.

Membrane valve arrangement

A sensor device for measuring the rotational speed at a wheel of a vehicle has a sensor carrier with an active sensor for actively sensing the rotation of a pole wheel rotating along with the wheel to measure rotational speed. The sensor carrier is constructed and arranged such that it can be clamped in the region of the wheel to permit the active sensor to be used without requiring complex adjustment operations.

A valve control unit, particularly for a pressure modulator of a commercial vehicle includes a valve control housing, solenoid valves, which are provided with solenoids and internal valve pieces inserted into the solenoids, and a pneumatic interface. The solenoids are accommodated inside the valve control housing. Pressure sensors for measuring pneumatic pressures are accommodated in or on the valve control unit, preferably on the top surface. Valve bores, into which the internal valve pieces are inserted, extend within the valve control housing. Air ducts extend between the pneumatic interface, the valve bores, and the pressure sensors, inside the valve control housing. The solenoids and pressure sensors are contacted with an electrical interface. The valve control housing can be a single piece.

The connector comprises an individual electrical conductor having a core made from a first material and having a jacket made from a second material. The first material can have a lower thermal conductivity than the second material.

A method for manufacturing magnet armatures which are used mainly in brake-pressure modulators of electronically controlled brake systems and which are provided on their entire surface with a plastic coating, for reasons of dimensional stability and sliding properties. Magnet armatures of this type are constructed as cylindrical members and are usually provided in the region of one of the two end faces with an elastomeric sealing element, which according to the prior art is bonded to the magnet armature by vulcanization, an adhesive elastomer-to-metal bond being formed between the magnet armature and the elastomeric sealing element during vulcanization. Since bonds of this type are not possible for a completely coated magnet armature, the elastomer for the elastomeric sealing element is, according to the invention, vulcanized onto the armature without using an adhesion promoter. The resulting absence of nonpositive bonding between the elastomeric sealing element and the magnet armature is replaced by the structural feature of an interlocking relationship between the magnet armature and the elastomer. The interlocking relationship is achieved by an undercut in the magnet armature.
