In the case of a method according to the invention for connecting at least two components of an endoscope, at least one brazing preform, which contains a high-temperature brazing solder, is introduced into at least one brazing solder reservoir of at least one of the components, the at least two components are held in relation to one another in such a way that at least one brazing gap that is in capillary connection with the at least one brazing solder reservoir is formed between joining regions of the at least two components that are assigned to one another, and the arrangement comprising the at least two components and the at least one brazing preform is heated to a brazing temperature of the high-temperature brazing solder. The invention also relates to a component of an endoscope and to an endoscope.

Method for connecting at least two components of an endoscope, component of an endoscope and endoscope

An endoscope having an outer shaft member with a distal end forming a distal end of the endoscope and an optics member with a distal end. The optics member is located inside the outer shaft member. The optics member defines a viewing direction of the endoscope, the viewing direction being tilted relative to a longitudinal axis of the outer shaft member. The endoscope further has optical fibers comprising an optically transparent material and provided and conditioned for the transport of illumination light to the distal end of the endoscope. The endoscope further has a segment located between an outer surface region of the distal end of the optics member and an inner surface region of the distal end of the outer shaft member. The orientation of distal ends of the optical fibers is defined by the segment.

Method for connecting at least two components of an endoscope, components of an endoscope and endoscope

An endoscope has a shaft, a head disposed at a proximal end of said shaft and a light connection disposed at said head. Optical fibers extend from said proximal light connection to a distal end of said shaft. A sleeve in which a proximal end section of said light fibers is fixed is designed in such a way that it can be introduced in a linear movement without turning it into the light connection. Said sleeve is axially movable in said connecting piece.

Endoscope and method for fixing optical fibers therein

The invention relates to an eyepiece unit with an eyepiece mounted in an eyepiece frame and with a coupling element for inserting the eyepiece frame. According to a first embodiment, the eyepiece is mounted so that it can slide axially in the eyepiece frame and can be fixed so that it is individually adjustable in the eyepiece frame. To ensure an easy and rapid adjustment in an eyepiece unit, it is proposed with the invention that the eyepiece can be fixed in the eyepiece frame without screws. According to a second embodiment, the eyepiece frame is mounted in the coupling element so that it slides perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis for adjustment. It is fixed in this adjustment position, according to the invention, because the eyepiece frame can be fixed in the coupling element without screws.

An endoscope, comprising an elongated rigid shaft and an optical imaging system arranged at a distal end of the shaft for receiving light from an observation area, wherein the optical imaging system is pivotable with respect to the shaft about a first pivot axis which runs about transversely to a longitudinal axis of the shaft. The optical imaging system is pivotable with respect to the shaft about at least a second pivot axis, which is spaced from the first pivot axis and runs about transversely to the longitudinal axis of the shaft, and an overall pivot range of the optical imaging system about the first and at least second pivot axis is at least 150&#xb0; from the longitudinal axis of the shaft.

Endoscope with variable direction of view

A device for positioning at least one optical component inside an endoscopic system has a housing through which an optical axis of the endoscopic system extends and in which the at least one optical component is arranged. The at least one optical component can be pivoted into the beam path and back out of the beam path about a pivot axis extending substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the housing, the at least one optical component being arranged on a support which is pivotable about the pivot axis. A smallest distance of an inside wall of the housing from the pivot axis is smaller than a greatest distance of the pivot axis to an outer edge of the at least one optical component.
