A hydraulic part of a magnet valve is received in a bore of a valve block. The hydraulic part is secured to the valve block with a calked heel of a securing bush that is slipped onto a guide sleeve of the hydraulic part. The securing bush rests on an annular shoulder of the guide sleeve and engages a jacket wall of the guide sleeve with a press fit, and one edge of the securing bush is adapted to a rounded-out throat between the jacket wall and an end wall of the annular shoulder by means of plastic deformation. A valve sleeve engages a portion of the bore of the valve block with a press fit. The calked heel, the plastically deformed edge of the securing bush, and the press fit of the valve bush seals that seal off against fluid are achieved without using additional rubber-elastic sealing means.

Magnet valve, in particular for a traction-controlled hydraulic vehicle brake system

A multi-part filter combination is received in a stepped bore of a fluid-carrying component. A larger-diameter filter part is associated with a larger-diameter bore portion, and a smaller-diameter filter part is associated with a smaller-diameter bore portion. The two filter parts of the filter combination are connected by a connecting part. When the two filter parts are joined in their respective final position in the bore, this connecting part is detachable by means of a die to be introduced into the bore. The filter combination can be used in a valve block serving to receive a magnet valve.

Multi-part filter combination

A solenoid valve with a valve dome in which an armature is contained in an axially movable fashion and onto which a coil is slid for actuating the solenoid valve. In order to mechanically fasten and seal the solenoid valve in a receiving bore of a hydraulic block. A valve seat part is inserted into an open end of the valve dome and an annular ring-shaped valve support is press fitted onto the open end of the valve dome so that the valve seat part, the valve dome, and the valve support are mechanically connected to one another and are sealed in a pressure-tight fashion. The solenoid valve is easy-to-manufacture and is sealed without separate seals.

Solenoid valve for a slip-controlled hydraulic brake system of a vehicle

The invention is directed to a piston pump for a hydraulic vehicle brake system. For simple and inexpensive manufacturability, the piston pump embodies an outlet conduit as a groove in a sleeve bottom and a sealing part. As a result, the sleeve and the sealing part can be manufactured in a non-cutting manner by means of forming. Another advantage of letting the outflow conduit into the sleeve bottom is that the outlet conduit is disposed a small distance in the axial direction from a valve seat of an outlet valve, which counteracts noise production.

Piston pump including an easily produced flow conduit

A piston pump for a slip-controlled hydraulic vehicle brake system. For the sake of economical production, the piston pump is embodied with a plastic bush and with a needle of a needle bearing as the piston, and that an inlet valve is accommodated in a valve seat part (,) that is inserted into the bush (,). The invention has an advantage that both the inlet valve and an outlet valve can be mounted coaxially on the bush, and that the bush, because of its elasticity since it is made of plastic, brings about a favorable closing performance of the two valves.

Piston pump

A piston pump which is intended for use in a vehicle for a hydraulic, slip-controlled braking system. To enable producing the piston pump inexpensively, a bush is made without undercuts as an upset part integrally with a bottom which has a valve seat for the outlet valve of the piston pump.

Piston pump for a vehicle brake system

A rod-shaped solenoid valve that is provided for insertion into a receiving bore of a hydraulic block of an antilock hydraulic brake system of a vehicle, wherein a fluid influx takes place through an axial bore of a valve seat part that is inserted into a valve support. For simple sealing, a plastic end piece is placed onto the end of the valve support that prodrudes into the receiving bore and seals the valve support in relation to the receiving bore and also seals the valve seat part.

Solenoid valve for a slip-regulated hydraulic brake system of a vehicle

A rodlike magnet valve having a magnetic part which is surrounded by a coil for actuating the valve. The magnet valve can be inserted into a receiving bore of a hydraulic block of a slip-controlled vehicle brake system. For fast, economical manufacture of the magnet valve, the magnet valve has a rotationally symmetrical base body, which has a through bore and a securing flange, as an extruded part without undercuts or tapered features. Along with the advantage of enabling fast, inexpensive manufacture of its base body, the magnet valve has the further advantage that the base body can be made from an economical reforming steel, which can be readily welded for fluid-tight mounting of a valve dome.

Magnet valve for a slip-controlled hydraulic vehicle brake system

A magnet valve for anti-lock vehicle brake systems, having a valve inlet for a connection of a pressure source, and a valve outlet for connection of a pressure receiver. A valve member that controls the connection between the valve inlet and outlet. An electromagnet, which is triggerable by a minimum and maximum exciter current for actuating the valve member counter to a force of a restoring spring. A throttle, which is operative between the valve inlet and outlet for delaying a pressure rise at the valve outlet. The throttle is disposed for selective switching in the valve member, and the valve member is embodied such that by triggering of the electromagnet with the minimum exciter current (I.sub.1), the throttle between the valve inlet and the valve outlet is switched on, and upon triggering of the electromagnet by the maximum exciter current (I.sub.2) and in the absence of electromagnet triggering, the valve inlet and outlet are each disconnected from one another or made to communicate with one another, respectively.
