A cylinder head cover for a cylinder head of a piston engine may include a cover body for mounting on the cylinder head. The cover body may include a cover body section and a first longitudinal side edge disposed opposite a second longitudinal side edge. An outer cover seal may seal off the cover body from the cylinder head and extend completely around along an outer edge of the cover body. A securing bridge may be fitted over the cover body on an outer side along the cover body section from the first longitudinal side edge of the cover body to the second longitudinal side edge.

The invention relates to a method which uses an injection mold for the production of an intake system which is composed of plastic and is intended for internal combustion engines, and which has a plurality of parallel-running intake pipes and which has, arranged in the intake pipes, throttle flaps operated by way of a shared shaft bearing against bearings located in the walls of the intake pipe. A simplified production process is obtained if two mandrels () of the injection mold, intended for formation of apertures for the bearings, are inserted respectively from one side of the injection mold in such a way that ends of the mandrels () bear against one another in the injection mold, and if the method of production of apertures situated further outwards, with respectively greater diameter than the adjacent inwardly situated apertures is such that each mandrel () is of staged shape, and the mandrels () are drawn out during demolding at the two sides of the injection mold.

In this air induction module, the induction pipe has two separate induction pipe bodies () with induction pipe sections that, together, form the induction pipes. The second induction pipe body (), which can be attached to the cylinder head of the combustion engine, contains, in its induction pipe sections, a pulse charging valve () with an associated actuator. In addition to the pulse charging valves, the control electronics thereof can be integrated in the air induction module.

The invention relates to a suction device for an internal combustion engine provided with a first manifold () having a slot (). A first suction line () is extended from an input orifice () which enters the first manifold () to an output orifice () which connects the first suction line () to the suction line of a cylinder head of the internal combustion engine. The inventive device also comprises a second suction line () and a second manifold () provided with a second slot () which are orientable and interconnectable. When the second suction line is in the first pivoting position, intake air passes through the first slot () to the first manifold () and afterwards, flows to the first suction line (). When the second suction line is in a second pivoting position, the first and second slots () are hermetically connected to each other in such a way that intake air passes through the first slot () and directly through the second slot () in order to enter the second manifold () and afterwards, to flow to the first suction line () crossing the second suction line ().
