An electronic device for a level measurement probe for measuring a level of a medium is provided, including: at least one first excitation electronic device configured to emit a first excitation signal; and at least one second excitation electronic device configured to emit a second excitation signal, the first excitation signal and the second excitation signal being different, and the electronic unit being configured to emit the first excitation signal and the second excitation signal simultaneously to the level measurement probe.

The invention relates to a measuring arrangement having a two-wire field device comprising a control unit, a sensor, and a radio module, a superordinate unit to which the field device is connected via a two-wire line, wherein signals from the field device are transmitted to the superordinate unit at least as a current injected by the field device in a predetermined range to the superordinate unit, wherein an error current below the predetermined range signals an error, and a maintenance current above the predetermined range signals a maintenance mode, and the field device is designed in such a manner that the maintenance current feeds the radio module in the radio operation.

The subject matter relates to a circuit arrangement for monitoring the function of a fill level measuring apparatus, and particularly of a vibration level switch, including a first piezo-electric vibration device as a transmitting device, a second piezo-electric vibration device as a receiving device, an oscillator circuit, the input and output of which during normal operation are connected to the vibration devices, the second connections of which devices are at common ground potential, and a monitoring circuit for monitoring the function. The monitoring circuit has a switch element for temporarily connecting the first and second vibration devices in parallel to each other and for connecting the vibration devices, which are connected in parallel to each other, in series to a capacitance measuring apparatus during a temporary monitoring mode according to a first embodiment, a capacitance value (c) being supplied by the monitoring circuit as an indicator of the function of the vibration devices and/or of lines to the vibration devices.

Circuit arrangement and method for monitoring the function of a vibration level switch and/or a fill level measuring apparautus

A filling level sensor comprises a tunable electrical resonant circuit, a mechanical oscillator that can be excited to resonance oscillation by the resonant circuit, and a control circuit for tuning the resonant circuit to a resonance frequency of the mechanical oscillator. A device for comparing the amplitude of the mechanical oscillator with a minimum value ascertains a malfunction of the mechanical oscillator if its amplitude falls below the minimum value.

Vibration level sensor

A method for rectifying a sensor current with a synchronous demodulator, wherein the rectifying factor of the synchronous demodulator can be controlled. A control clock pulse signal of the synchronous demodulator is toggled between at least two different states, with the states corresponding to different rectifying factors. The resulting total rectifying factor of the synchronous demodulator can be selected at will by adjusting the pulse duty factor between the at least two states.
