The present invention provides a container having a bottom frame; the bottom frame includes a pair of bottom side rails, a plurality of cross member and a floor. The pair of bottom side rails are located at both sides of the bottom of the container respectively. The plurality of cross members are located between and connected to the bottom side rails. The floor is laid on the cross members and extends along the longitudinal direction of the container; the floor comprises a first steel floor. The bottom frame further includes a grit discharging structure configured to discharge the grits, collected on the upper surface of the first steel floor after the inner surface and/or the welding seam on the inner surface of the container is shot-blasted, from the container. The container according to the present disclosure could allow for discharging the sand collected on the upper surface of the first steel floor after shot-blasting the inner surface and/or the welding seam on the inner surface of the container, thus facilitating the shot-blasting.

A method used for loading semi-trailer chassis into a container, wherein the container includes a base frame and four frame structures attached to corner posts of the base frame. Four semi-trailer chassis are stacked into the container from bottom to top, where the first semi-trailer chassis is placed upside down, the second semi-trailer chassis is placed right-side up and turned horizontally at a 180 degree angle, the third semi-trailer chassis is placed upside down, and the fourth semi-trailer chassis is placed right-side up and turned horizontally at a 180 degree angle.

Method for loading of container used to ship semi-trailer chassis

A container corner fitting provided at each right angle of a container body and connected with other parts of the container body includes a sealing device arranged thereon including a first flange of a predefined length provided on one of an inner side surface and a top or a bottom surface of the corner fitting. A second flange of a predefined length is provided on the other of the inner side surface and the top or the bottom surface of the corner fitting and aligned with the first flange. The seal gasket, provided with circumstance of the container gate, can depend on the first and second flanges while closing the gate, greatly improving container hermetic performance. The thickness of an upper or a lower horizontal container member can be reduced to approximate that of a top or a bottom container plate, obtaining the largest volume without inclining the bottom plate.

An intelligent transportation container is composed of a container body, door and electronic intelligent modules installed in the container. The electronic intelligent modules are installed in the door, and includes a door displacement transducer for monitoring the door movement and output of signals. The door has an aperture corresponding to the antenna on the electronic intelligent module, and the antenna passes through the antenna aperture and extends out of the container body. Relative movement of or between two doors, or the door movement relative to the doorcase, are used to monitor whether the door has been opened.
