A walker apparatus includes a base, a pair of front rollers mounted rotatably on a first shaft which extends from a front left side to a front right side of the base, a pair of rear rollers mounted rotatably on a second shaft which extends from a rear left side to a rear right side of the base, endless left and right foot belts engaging respectively one of the front rollers and one of the rear rollers, and a support unit disposed between the front and rear rollers to provide a supporting surface for the foot belts. The foot belts move independently and are to be treaded respectively by the left and right feet of the user, thereby preventing the action of the user's left foot from influencing the action of his right foot and vice-versa when the walker apparatus is in use. The walker apparatus may be used with a functional supporting frame that is in the form of a baby chair, a baby stroller, an exercise walker or any other suitable form.

A walker apparatus includes a base, a pair of front roller mounted rotatably on a first shaft which extends from a front left side to a front right side of the base, a pair of rear rollers mounted rotatably on a second shaft which extends from a left side to a rear right side of the base, endless left and right foot belts engaging respectively one of the front rollers and one of the rear rollers, and a support unit disposed between the front and rear rollers to provide a supporting surface for the foot belts. A multiple-belt conveying apparatus includes at least one endless inner belt movably wound on at least one substrate plate secured to a base having two arcuate end portions disposed on a front end portion and a rear end portion of the substrate plate for movably winding the endless inner belt on the two arcuate end portions of the substrate plate, having an inner slipping surface and an outer frictional surface; and an endless outer belt movably wound on a front roller and a rear roller fixed on a base, the outer belt movably overlapping the inner belt (or belts) with an inner surface of the outer belt frictionally contacting the outer frictional surface of the inner belt, and the inner belt having its inner slipping surface slidably contacting an upper slipping surface formed on an upper surface of the substrate plate, thereby providing a belt conveying apparatus having a flat top surface for comfortable and minimum stress loading, riding or walking on the outer belt and also for a smooth movement of the belts.

Inflatable article made of air impervious thermoplastic sheet materials including one or more inflatable units having one or more inflatable valves provided thereon respectively for injecting air into those one or more inflatable units, wherein at least two seals, with one of the seals being a stabilizing seal and being adjacent or touching one of the other seals, are located at selected inner and/or outer portions of the inflatable article with the stabilizing seals providing the selected portions with essentially flat and unruffled constant length seals which remain flat and constant length whether the inflatable article is inflated or deflated thereby permitting another article or articles with constant length portions to be joined to the selected stabilized constant length portions of the sealed inflatable article which would not have been possible if stabilizing had not been effected. A method for making inflatable articles having stabilizing seals that includes inflating the articles before providing the stabilizing seal or seals.

Inflatable articles and method of making same

An inflatable article having an inflatable envelope made of a gas impervious material which is at least in part resilient forming a closed surface and provided with at least one inflating valve thereon. At least one hollow protrusion, provided with a closed end and an open end, is attached to the envelope, and at least one movable internal object is contained within the closed surface. One or more restraining elements may be provided on the outer surface of the envelope to keep the inflatable envelope in a restrained condition during use. An internal supporting element, at least in part rigid, is attached to the wall of the closed surface. The inflatable article further includes a control element connected with the closed end of the hollow protrusion and extending externally of the closed surface, and at least one movement imparting element movably mounted on the internal supporting element and associated with the closed end of the hollow protrusion for imparting movement to the internal object when activated by the external control element. Furthermore, within the envelope at least one returning element is associated with the hollow protrusion for returning the hollow protrusion to its original unflexed position after the external force applied by a user for activating the external control element is released.

An inflatable throwing toy made of air impervious sheet material comprises an inflatable ring having an inflating valve located thereon the ring being comprised of a bottom and a top section joined at their outer and inner peripheries, and two or more disc sections with at least a first disc section of which being attached to the top section of the inflatable ring and a second disc section being attached to the first disc section of the inflatable ring forming an inflatable enclosure with the first disc section with an inflating valve located on a part of the inflatable enclosure. The inflatable throwing toy may have a cylindrical gusset made of air impervious sheet material joining the top section and the bottom section of the inflatable ring at the inner surfaces thereof and there being a third disc section extending from the bottom section of the inflatable ring. When the third disc section is used, the second disc section is an extension of the top section of the inflatable ring.

An inflatable throwing toy made of air impervious sheet material comprises an inflatable outer ring having an inflating valve located thereon, a first disc section which is an extension of the wall of the bottom side of the outer ring, a second disc section opposite to the first disc section which is an extension of the other side of the outer ring, and a third disc section extending from the top side of the outer ring and having an inflating valve provided thereon. The first disc section and the second disc section of the inflatable throwing toy are separated from each other within the internal periphery of the inflatable throwing toy by a cylindrical gusset section. The inflatable throwing toy may further comprise a plurality of air activated envelopes attached on the first disc section having air activated noise makers located therein.

An inflatable article having a thin outer wall formed from a flexible, gas impervious, resilient material forming a closed surface. At least one hollow protrusion provided with a sealed end and an open end is associated with the wall, and at least one movable internal object is contained within the closed surface. A non-elastic connection member is attached on one side to the sealed end of the hollow protrusion and attached on the other side to the internal movable object. The article further includes an external control member connected to the sealed end of the hollow protrusion for imparting and controlling movement to the internal object through the connection member and extending from the protrusion externally of the closed surface so that the movable internal object will be moved when the user pulls the external control with the article in a restrained condition.
