Message moderation is described herein. In an example, a message posted to a virtual space of a communication platform can be flagged for review by a reviewer (e.g., an administrator or other user permissioned to review messages). In some examples, such a reviewer can review a flagged message and determine one or more actions to be performed. Such actions can include removing the message from presentation via the communication platform, modifying presentation of the message via a user interface of the communication platform, replying to the message (e.g., to suggest taking the conversation offline or to another virtual space), disabling interaction with the message, and/or the like. Message moderation, as described herein, can streamline resolution of conversations that become out of hand and/or off topic.

The present disclosure relates to systems, non-transitory computer-readable media, and methods for relaying payloads with digital policy criteria for dispute requests of network transactions from a first digital system to a second digital system, for the second digital system to automatically implement the digital policy criteria. In particular, in one or more embodiments, the disclosed system receives payloads comprising digital policy criteria and policy identifier(s) and determines whether to approve or deny dispute requests based on incoming dispute requests.

The present disclosure relates to systems, non-transitory computer-readable media, and methods for generating a multi-transaction dispute package. For example, in one or more embodiments, the disclosed system receives a dispute request with an initial disputed transaction and identifies other potential transactions based on dispute classifications. In one or more embodiments, the disclosed system provides the identified potential transactions that are potentially related to the initial disputed transaction for selection. In response to receiving a selection from the user, the disclosed system generates and processes a multi-transaction dispute package.

Creating a new channel based on a thread or an object associated with a communication channel is described. A communication platform can receive, in association with a thread or an object, a first request to create a new channel based on the thread or the object. The communication platform can identify characteristics (e.g., users, context data, permissions data, etc.) associated with the thread or the object and can create the new channel based on first characteristics associated with the thread or the object. In some examples, the communication platform can receive, from a requesting user, a second request to associate second characteristics with the new channel. The communication platform can thus create the new channel based on the second characteristics.

A board associated with a communication platform and/or one or more channels associated therewith is described. In an example, the board can be associated with editable text and one or more objects capable of being at least one of reordered, added, deleted, or edited. In an example, the one or more objects can be associated with one or more sections. In an example, a communication platform can perform a modification to the board, based at least in part on receiving a request associated with the modification, and can cause the board to be presented via a user interface associated with a member of at least one communication channel with which the board is associated. In an example, the board can be sharable with users associated with different communication channels, workspaces, organizations, or the like.
