A contextual services delivery system that may deliver different contextual services to a smartphone and/or a POS terminal in response to a context environment, which can provide a user with a customized contextual services experience. In one embodiments, the system may be configured to identify a mobile device of a user entering a store location based on a POS terminal detecting the mobile device. The system can cause a display of an inventory of products for the store location and receive a selection of a product. A payment amount for the product can be displayed on the mobile device. An additional product can be selected based on a context characteristic of the product. An update for the additional product can be displayed on the mobile device. An acceptance of the additional product from the mobile device can be received. The payment amount is modified at the POS terminal.

Linking a context environment to a context service

A contextual services delivery system may comprise a services repository containing services instructions and a contextual services delivery module. The contextual services delivery module may deliver different contextual services to a smartphone and/or a POS terminal in response to a context environment, in order to provide a user with a customized contextual services experience.

A system may identify a user based on inputs from multiple devices. The system may determine a confidence score based on the probability that the system accurately identifies the user. The system may provide a permissions level based on the confidence score. The permissions level may affect the type of interactions the user may perform with a device. A system may deliver contextual services with dynamic intelligent behavior. The system may receive a first request from a device of a user. The system may retrieve a response to the request. The system may anticipate that the user is going to make a second request. The system may retrieve a response to the second request. The system may store the response to the second request in a temporary memory, such that the response may be quickly transmitted to the device if the user submits the second request. In some cases, the system may transmit the response to the second request without the user submitting the second request.

Contextual injection

A system may store a first merchant identifier in response to a registration of a first merchant and a user identifier in response to a registration of a user. The system may also store an access permission to control access by the first merchant to a first context. The access permission may be configured for retrieval by a query including at least one of the user identifier or the first merchant identifier. A user may access the system using a voice personal assistant. The system may authenticate the user based on spoken input to the voice personal assistant. The system may return the first context in response to a first application programming interface (API) call and in response to the access permission authorizing access to the first context. The system may facilitate transactions using a voice personal assistant.

A connectivity contextual services ecosystem management system may comprise a connectivity contextual services connectivity system, one or more user devices, and one or more merchant devices. The connectivity contextual services connectivity system may deliver different connectivity contextual services to a user device and/or a merchant device in response to a context environment, in order to provide a user with a customized experience, such as allowing that user to enter into conversations with merchants, view inventory of merchants, and search for merchants with relevant products without entering a physical store.

A method comprises transmitting, by a merchant web-client, a signal using a low energy consuming device, wherein the signal may be received by a transaction account holder web-client, wherein the signal may carry content associated with a merchant, and wherein the merchant is associated with the merchant web-client, and/or receiving, by the merchant web-client, a response from the transaction account holder web-client, wherein the response may be transmitted by the transaction account holder web-client to the merchant web-client using the low energy consuming device. The content may comprise an advertisement associated with an item offered for sale by the merchant.
