Disclosed herein are methods and systems for electronic authentication using delegated credentials to complete checkout and payment operations on a trusted device of a user. A computing system is structured to perform operations comprising receiving transaction information corresponding to an incomplete checkout operation, transmitting at least a subset of transaction information to a customer device, causing the customer device to generate and display a notification comprising a request for user authorization to complete the incomplete checkout operation, receiving customer input indicative of instructions to complete the incomplete checkout operation, and, responsive to receiving customer input, completing the incomplete checkout operation.

Multi-channel authentication using delegated credentials

When a merchant ships a product to a buyer, the merchant may wish to push shipping status updates to the buyer. Moreover, the buyer may wish to receive a notification when a shipping event has occurred in order to remain informed regarding the shipping status of their package without actively checking the package's status with the carrier. In some embodiments, there is provided a computer-implemented system and method that obtains a tracking identifier for a package, transmits the tracking identifier to a carrier's computing interface (e.g. the carrier's API), receives back an indication of the most recent shipping event, predicts the time of a next shipping event at least based on the most recent shipping event, and retransmits the tracking identifier to the computing interface based on the predicted time of the next shipping event.

Methods and systems for smart API polling for predicted delivery events

Methods and systems for user authentication. At a server, receiving unique fingerprint information for an unauthenticated browsing session with the server by a first user device. The unique fingerprint information received is compared with respective historical fingerprint information associated with a plurality of user accounts stored on the server. Based on the comparison, determining that one of the plurality of user accounts has associated historical fingerprint information that matches the unique fingerprint information with at least a threshold confidence level. In response to receiving user input from a second device indicating that the unauthenticated browsing session corresponds to the one of the plurality of user accounts, associating the unauthenticated browsing session with the one of the plurality of user accounts.

Systems and methods for user authentication

Methods and systems for generating search results are disclosed. In some examples, one or more keywords are extracted from one or more stored reviews associated with a merchant offering. A first extracted keyword is associated with a stored listing of the merchant offering. The first extracted keyword may be absent from the stored listing. In response to a search query that includes the first keyword, a set of search results is provided, where the set of search results includes the listing associated with the first keyword.

Systems and methods for using keywords extracted from reviews

Methods and systems for generating recommendations are disclosed. In some examples, from a set of positive reviews associated with a merchant offering, at least one attribute is identified and associated with the set of positive reviews, based on reviewer profiles associated with each respective positive review. The attribute is associated with the merchant offering. A match is determined between a customer attribute in a first customer profile and the at least one attribute. A set of recommendations is generated to be presented, via a customer electronic device, to a customer associated with the first customer profile, the set of recommendations including the merchant offering associated with at least one attribute.

A customer may wish to purchase products with a lower associated carbon footprint when shipped, or may wish to know the cost associated with offsetting a product's carbon footprint in order to make informed decisions, while browsing and making purchases online. The computer is faced with the computational challenge of trying to determine a value indicative of the carbon emissions associated with shipping a package, before the package has even shipped. The computation may need to be performed during interactive scenarios, such as while browsing. A system and method are provided in order to present a customer with a carbon emissions indication relating to the shipment of a product without disrupting typical online activity.

Methods and systems for obtaining an indication of carbon emissions based on shipping route and transportation mode prediction

Methods and systems for generating recommendations to supplement a listing of a merchant offering are disclosed. In some examples one or more keywords are extracted from one or more stored reviews associated with a first category of merchant offering. An association is stored between at least a first one of the extracted keywords and the first category. A recommendation is generated, to a merchant electronic device, to include the first keyword in a listing of a first merchant offering belonging to the first category.
