A display device according to an embodiment includes a plurality of display panels arranged adjacent to each other and each display panel including first pixels in the display panel and second pixels in the display panel and adjacent to a boundary area of the display panels, and a luminance correction unit configured to generate a correction grayscale value for the second pixel. The luminance correction unit includes an image mapping unit configured to map a captured luminance image to a unit pixel image, a de-blurring unit configured to perform a de-blurring operation on the mapped unit pixel image to calculate a correction luminance value for the second pixel, and a correction unit configured to calculate a correction grayscale value for the second pixel corresponding to the calculated correction luminance value of the second pixel.

A display device according to some embodiments includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels, a timing controller for correcting an input image signal, and for transmitting the input image to the display panel, a memory for storing model correction data for correcting a gray value, the model correction data corresponding to respective models of a plurality of timing controllers, and for storing image quality correction data for correcting a gamma deviation of the display panel, and a correction controller for generating final correction data by using the model correction data and the image quality correction data, and for transmitting the final correction data to the timing controller.

An image processing device for a mass produced display device includes an image obtaining capture to provide a single image frame including intensity values for respective coordinates of a display surface of the display device, and an image correcting unit to correct the intensity values of the single image frame of the display surface by using correction amount values with the corresponding correction direction values to provide a de-blurring image frame for the display surface, wherein the image correcting unit includes a correction amount calculating unit to calculate the correction amount values for the respective coordinates by using first derivative values with respect to the intensity values of the single image frame, and a correction direction calculating unit to calculate the correction direction values for the respective coordinates by using second derivative values with respect to the intensity values of the single image frame.
