A multibending antenna structure includes a substrate, a microstrip antenna layer, and at least a decouple unit. The microstrip antenna layer is disposed on one side of the substrate. The microstrip antenna layer includes a plurality of radiation units which are respectively formed in a multibending shape and forming a concave area. The radiation units are sequentially connected to form an antenna array, and a plurality of antenna arrays are disposed in a transversely parallel arrangement, with an interval between each two neighboring antenna arrays. The decouple unit is disposed between the neighboring antenna arrays. When the input end of the radiation unit receives a signal input to emit an electromagnetic wave having a radiation energy, the half-power beam width thereof is increased.

Multibending antenna structure

A school bus radar system includes a main unit mounted in the school bus, and two radars protrudingly arranged on the bus body of the school bus in a tilted manner and respectively electrically connected to the main unit. When the main unit is switched to a monitoring mode, the main unit generates a radar activation signal to activate the radars in generating a signal, making the signals generated by the monitoring sources of the radars form an intersection network. The monitoring source of each radar defines a normal line. Accordingly, the intersection type three-dimensional spatial monitoring network of the radar system of the present invention is proposed for individual warnings to facilitate the driver making good judgments or stopping the running school bus in an emergency.

Radar system for school bus

A multibending antenna structure includes a substrate, a grounding layer, and a microstrip antenna layer. The ground layer and the microstrip antenna layer are disposed on two sides of the substrate. The microstrip antenna layer includes a radiation unit which is in a multibending shape and formed with a concave area. The length of the radiation unit is equal to 0.8 to 1.2 time the wavelength corresponding to an operation frequency. When the input end of the radiation unit receives a signal input to emit an electromagnetic wave having a radiation energy, the half-power beam width thereof is increased.

A radar system with angle error determination function and method thereof are provided. The system includes a camera device, a radar device, a calculation module, and an angle calibration module. The camera device captures a surveillance image of a surveillance area. The radar device sends a radar signal toward the surveillance area. The calculation module, according to the surveillance image, acquires an image angle of an object with respect to the vehicle in the surveillance area. Also, the calculation module acquires a radar angle of the object with respect to the vehicle which is produced according to a reflection signal generated when the radar signal meets the object. The angle calibration module, by referring to the image angle, correspondingly calibrates the radar angle. Therefore, the radar angle is immediately calibrated.

Radar system with angle error determination function and method thereof

A symmetric leaky wave antenna includes a dielectric substrate, an electric wall, and two reflection bore arrays. The dielectric substrate has a first and a second metal layers disposed on two opposite faces thereof. The first metal layer has a feed end and two travelling wave sides. The electric wall is disposed between two travelling wave sides, with the two travelling wave sides symmetrically disposed with respect to the electric wall. The two reflection bore arrays are symmetrically disposed along the two travelling wave sides, respectively, with the electric wall arranged at a central line between the two reflection bore arrays. The two reflection bore arrays pass through the first metal layer, the second metal layer, and the dielectric substrate. The reflection bore array and the electric wall reduce the leakage rate of the electromagnetic wave, thus increasing the gain value of the antenna.

Symmetric leaky wave antenna

A dual-notch antenna includes a radiation member and two microstrip lines. The radiation member is formed in a rectangular shape, with two first lateral sides disposed in opposite, and two second lateral sides disposed on two ends of the two first sides, respectively. The middle section of each first lateral side is concavely provided with a notch. Each notch has a feeding side and two cove sides, wherein the feeding side is disposed in parallel to the first lateral sides. The two cove sides are connected with two ends of the feeding side. Each microstrip line has one end thereof electrically connected with the feeding side of the corresponding notch, respectively.

Dual-notch antenna and antenna array thereof

A dual slot SIW antenna unit includes a first substrate, a conductive layer, plural unit radiation members, a second substrate, a ground conductive layer, and two first conductor pillars. The plural unit radiation members are disposed in parallel on the conductive layer, and each unit radiation member includes at least a pair of slots that are disposed in parallel. The two first conductive pillars are disposed between two neighboring unit radiation members and electrically connect the feed routing layer and the conductive layer. A dual slot SIW antenna array module is also disclosed. By use of the dual slot structure, more radiation members are allowed to be included in a limited square measure for improving the antenna gain.

An integrated millimeter-wave chip package structure including an interposer structure, a millimeter-wave chip and a substrate is provided. The interposer structure includes at least an antenna pattern and at least a plated through-hole structure penetrating through the interposer structure and connected to the at least one antenna pattern. The millimeter-wave chip is electrically connected to the at least antenna pattern located either above or below the millimeter-wave chip through the at least plated through-hole structure.

Integrated millimeter-wave chip package

An integrated antenna package including a laminated structure and a multi-layered substrate is provided. The laminated structure includes at least a chip embedded therein and at least a plated through-hole structure penetrating the laminated structure. The multi-layered substrate is stacked on the laminated structure. The multi-layered substrate includes at least a metal layer located on one side of the multi-layered substrate away from the laminated structure and the metal layer includes at least an antenna pattern located above the chip. The multi-layered substrate includes at least a plated via and through-hole structure penetrating the multi-layered substrate and electrically connected to the chip, so that the antenna pattern is electrically connect with the chip. Also, the manufacturing method of the integrated antenna package is provided.

Integrated antenna package and manufacturing method thereof

A method for determining a DOA (Direction of Arrival) comprises the following steps: (a) providing at least two antennas arranged with a squint angle; (b) producing at least two base beams between two adjacent base beams; (c) every two virtual beams of the multiple virtual beams which cross together at a specific angle are define to a virtual beam set; (d) synthesizing the two virtual beams of each one of the virtual beam sets to be a monopulse; and (e) determining the DOA of the object according to comparison between magnitude of demodulated signals corresponding to the monopulses. A device for estimating a DOA is also disclosed.

Method and device for estimating direction of arrival

An integrated contactless signal transfer apparatus makes use of the rule of filter design to transfer signal from a chip to the transmission lines of a PCB. The integrated contactless signal transfer apparatus includes a substrate, a chip disposed on the substrate, a first resonator unit disposed on the chip for receiving a first signal with a first frequency generated from the chip, a PCB positioned at a distance opposite to the substrate, and a second resonator unit disposed on the PCB. The first signal passes through the first resonator unit to generate a contactless coupling between the first and second resonator units, so the second resonator unit generates a second signal. The second signal has a second frequency substantially equal to the first frequency.

Integrated contactless signal transfer apparatus

An integrated antenna is provided. The integrated antenna includes a first resonant element disposed on a chip, and receiving a first signal having a frequency from the chip; and a second resonant element disposed on a substrate, wherein the chip is disposed on the substrate, and the first signal enables a non-contact resonant coupling to be established between the first resonant element and the second resonant element due to the frequency to cause the second resonant element to generate and radiate a second signal.

Integrated antenna and method for operating integrated antenna device

A printed filtering antenna is provided. This filtering antenna comprises an antenna part and a coupled line resonator. The antenna part is directly connected to a coupled line resonator and occupies an antenna area. The coupled line resonator provides a filtering mechanism together with the antenna part. The coupled line resonator comprises a short-circuited stub and an open-circuited stub. The short-circuited stub comprises an open-circuited end and a short-circuited end connected to ground. The open-circuited stub is parallel to the short-circuited stub. The open-circuited stub comprises a first end and a second end. The first end is connected to the feed point and is corresponding to the open-circuited end of the short-circuited stub such that the open-circuited stub is coupled to the short-circuited stub.

Printed filtering antenna

An electromagnetic band-gap structure includes a circuit board, a ground plane and a plurality of electromagnetic band-gap units. The circuit board includes a first side and a second surface, and the ground plane disposed on the first side. The plurality of electromagnetic band-gap units are located on both the first surface and the second surface and connected to each other along an edge of the ground plane. Every electromagnetic band-gap unit includes a first strip line, a second strip line and a via. The first strip line is located on the first side, including a first relative long strip line and a first relative short strip line connected to the ground. The second strip line is located on the second side. The second strip line is connected to the first strip line of the adjacent electromagnetic band-gap unit through the via.

The present invention discloses a planar antenna including a substrate, a ground plane and a feed line. The ground plane is disposed on one side of the substrate. The ground plane includes a hollow portion. The feed line disposed on another side of the substrate and corresponding to the hollow portion for feeding a signal. The present invention also discloses a planar antenna including a substrate, a ground plane and a feed line. The ground plane is disposed on one side of the substrate. The ground plane includes a first hollow portion and a second hollow portion. The feed line is disposed on another side of the substrate and having a first branch feed portion and a second branch feed portion for feeding a signal, and the first branch feed portion and the second branch feed portion are aligned with the first hollow portion and the second hollow portion respectively.
