Computer implemented methods, systems, and computer program products include program code executing on a processor(s) monitors query execution within the database system within the multiple databases and by the multiple query optimization engines. The program code retains statistical information from the monitoring in a centralized database. The program code obtains, at a query optimization engine of the database system, a new query. The program code predicts, based on accessing the statistical information in the centralized database, that executing the new query with the query optimization engine at a designated execution time comprises a suboptimal execution of the new query. The program code alters a planned execution of the new query at the designated execution time with the query optimization engine to optimize execution of the query within the database system.

Query optimization and distribution

Computer implemented method, systems, and computer program products include program code executing on a processor(s) mapping, based on analyzing two or more nodes over which tasks comprising the workflow are distributed, each node to one or more parameters utilized to evaluate efficacy of the workflow. The processor(s) determines, based on the mapping, costs associated with each node and costs associated with changes to each node. The processor(s) identifies tasks in the workflow that can be changed to counter disruptions impacting at least one parameter of the one or more parameters utilized to evaluate the efficacy of the workflow.

Determining dynamic workflows

Approaches presented herein enable identification of routine communication content. More specifically, a communication between one or more users is received. Words or phrases in the communication that are contained in a database of words or phrases related to misconduct are identified. The identified words or phrases are removed from the communication to create a set of remaining words. The set of remaining words are analyzed to predict the likelihood of the removed words or phrases appearing in the communication, such that a confidence level of the prediction is determined. In response to the determined confidence level being high, the identified words or phrases in the communication are classified as routine.

A computer-implemented system, method and computer program product for preparing alert reports that includes: receiving an override request to override an insight used to prepare the alert reports; determining, determining one or more execution pipelines used to prepare the alert reports that used the insight that is the subject of the override request; determining one or more impacted pipeline runs that were executed to prepare the alert reports that used the insight that is the subject of the override request; updating the one or more execution pipelines used to prepare the alert reports; and generating new alert reports, wherein generating the new alert reports comprises re-running the one or more impacted pipeline runs using the one or more updated execution pipelines wherein the insight that is the subject of the override request is overridden.

Embodiments of the present invention provides methods, computer program products, and systems for normalizing confidence score thresholds across systems in a federated environment. Embodiments of the present invention can be used to calculate normalization factors for participating hubs in a federated environment to normalize confidence score thresholds applied by those hubs and improve search results obtained therefrom.
