Disclosed is a customized product performance prediction method based on heterogeneous data difference compensation fusion. The method includes: on the basis of a depth auto-encoder, a neighborhood association method and a similarity difference compensation method, performing difference compensation correction on a calculation simulation data set by using a historical actual measurement data set; and training a BP neural network model by using the calculation simulation data set after the difference compensation correction to serve as a performance prediction method of a customized product. According to the method of the present application, by combining the depth auto-encoder, and by utilizing the neighborhood association method and the similarity difference compensation method, low-fidelity calculation simulation data is associated with high-fidelity historical actual measurement data, such that the difference compensation correction of the low-fidelity calculation simulation data is realized by using the high-fidelity historical actual measurement data.

Customized product performance prediction method based on heterogeneous data difference compensation fusion

A hand trajectory recognition method for a following robot based on hand velocity and trajectory distribution comprises: sampling and photographing an operator by a kinect camera to obtain hand projection plane data; smoothing the hand projection plane data by moving average, establishing velocity vectors, and processing the velocity vectors to obtain a hand movement descriptor; establishing a hand movement area, traversing hand three-dimensional positions of all frames in an order of sampling and photographing, assigning a mesh where the hand three-dimensional position of each frame is located, and calculating centroid positions of all assigned meshes; establishing centroid directing vectors, and processing the centroid directing vectors to obtain a hand trajectory shape descriptor; and processing cosine values of two angles to obtain a common similarity of the movement descriptor and the trajectory shape descriptor to standard descriptors, and using a standard gesture with a maximum common similarity as a result. The present invention can accurately recognize the class of a gesture, is insensitive to the translation, scaling, rotation and order of hand trajectories, is high in flexibility and can save time and energy.

Hand trajectory recognition method for following robot based on hand velocity and trajectory distribution

A multi-impeller passive-rotating-stirring-type rotary drilling rig for open caissons includes a hollow main drill pipe, a drill bit, four cutting edges, four impeller shafts, four passive impellers and a rotation bracket. Through being uniformly distributed at a peripheral of the drilling rig, four passive impellers contact with a hole wall of a borehole during the drilling process for passively generating relative rotation opposite to the rotation direction of the drill bit, so as to accelerate sufficient mixing of silt and water for forming mud during the drilling process.

Multi-impeller passive-rotating-stirring-type rotary drilling rig for open caissons

A variable-diameter full-support mandrel structure with a slider-type cross section for preventing a reverse rotation of a ratchet wheel includes a movable mandrel segment and a straight shank, and the movable mandrel segment and the straight shank are connected through a quick-disconnect universal joint. A rotating shaft of the movable mandrel segment is provided with a connecting rod mounting flange, a ratchet wheel, a reverse ratchet wheel, a bearing, and a limit clamp ring in sequence. An outer ring of the bearing is provided with a pawl mounting frame. The connecting rod mounting flange and the pawl mounting frame are respectively hinged to a long connecting rod and a short connecting rod, and the long connecting rod and the short connecting rod are hinged to slider components in an outer ring. The slider component has a Z-shaped structure composed of two layers of arc blocks.

In the inner hydraulic component, an inner chamber of an elastic membrane is filled with a liquid, a tail end of the elastic membrane is provided with an opening, the opening communicates with a first end of a liquid delivery pipe through a pipe joint, and a second end of the liquid delivery pipe is connected to an external hydraulic system. The elastic outer frame is a flexible single unit composed of a tie rod and an elastic mesh structure. The tie rod includes an elastic traction segment, a straight segment and a pull ring.
