A multilayer ceramic substrate includes a base material layer including an aggregate of first particles containing a crystallized glass material and a first ceramic material, a constraining layer including an aggregate of second particles containing a second ceramic material that does not sinter at a temperature at which the crystallized glass material is melted, an intercalating layer including an aggregate of third particles containing a viscosity-decreasing substance that decreases the viscosity the melted crystallized glass material, and conductive films arranged along a main surface of at least one of the base material layer, the constraining layer, and the intercalated layer. The multilayer ceramic substrate also includes conductive films provided along a main surface of at least one of the base material layer, the constraining layer, and the intercalated layer.

A multilayer ceramic substrate includes a base layer made of an aggregate of a first powder including a glass material and a first ceramic material, a constraining layer made of an aggregate of a second powder including a second ceramic material that is not sintered at a temperature at which the glass material melts, an intermediate layer made of an aggregate of a third powder including a viscosity-reducing material that reduces the viscosity of the melt of the glass material, and a conductive film disposed along at least one main surface of the base layer, the constraining layer, and the intermediate layer. The intermediate layer is arranged such that one main surface thereof is in contact with the base layer and the other main surface thereof is in contact with the constraining layer. At least a portion of the first powder is in a sintered state. The second powder is in an unsintered state, and particles of the second powder are bonded to each other by diffusion or flow of a portion of the first powder including the glass material and a portion of the third powder into the constraining layer.

Multilayer ceramic substrate, method for producing same, and composite green sheet for forming multilayer ceramic substrate

A multilayer ceramic substrate includes a multilayer composite including a first material layer including glass, a second material layer including a ceramic, disposed in contact with the first material layer, and an internal electrode including an electroconductive material, disposed in contact with at least one of the first material layer and the second material layer. The first material layer is sintered, and is firmly bonded to the second material layer by diffusing or permeating a portion of the glass in the first material layer into the second material layer. The internal electrode includes a main portion and a lead-out portion extending from the main portion to a side surface of the multilayer composite, and the internal electrode includes a ceramic powder at least in the lead-out portion.

Multilayer ceramic substrate, method for manufacturing the same, and piezoelectric resonator component

A composite laminate includes first sheet layers and second sheet layers. The first sheet layers include a first particulate aggregate and the second sheet layers include a second particulate aggregate. Each of internal second sheet layers is disposed between two first sheet layers and two external second sheet layers constitute two main faces of the composite laminate. The thickness of the internal second sheet layers is greater than the thickness of the external second sheet layers. The first sheet layers and the second sheet layers are bonded to each other by penetration of a part of the first particulate aggregate contained in the first sheet layers into the second sheet layers. This configuration can reduce the transverse shrinkage in the firing step of the composite laminate.

Composite laminate and method for manufacturing the same

The present invention provides a laminated body, comprising: a first sheet layer comprising an aggregate of a first powder, at least a part of the first powder being in a sintered state; a second sheet layer disposed so as to make contact with the first sheet layer and comprising an aggregate of a second powder, the second powder being in a non-sintered state; and the first powder and the second powder being solidified to each other by allowing a part of the first sheet layer material to diffuse or to flow into the second sheet layer.

Laminated body and method for producing the same

There is disclosed a hybrid laminate comprising: a substrate layer containing a compact of first powder; and a functional material layer being in contact with the substrate layer and containing a compact of second powder; wherein the compact of the first powder comprises a glass material; the compact of the second powder comprises a ceramic material having at least one specific electric property selected from dielectricity, magnetism, resistivity and insulation; at least a part of the first powder is in a sintered state; and the second powder is in an unsintered state and is bonded together by diffusion or a flow of a part of the material of the substrate layer into the functional material layer.
