The present disclosure discloses a speaker box including a metal cover fixed between the frame and the magnetic circuit system; the metal cover includes a bottom wall set at a bottom of the speaker unit and a side wall extending from the bottom wall and set at a side of the speaker unit; the vibration system, the frame, the metal cover and the magnetic circuit system enclosing a internal space of the speaker unit; the bottom wall and/or the side wall are provided with leak structures formed by stamping communicating the internal space and the rear cavity, the leak structure comprising a bar-shaped through-hole and a bar-shaped bulge corresponding to the bar-shaped through-hole. The present disclosure provides a speaker box can be flexibly applied to a variety of complex shapes of the housing and can enhance the filling amount of sound-absorbing powder.

Speaker box

The present disclosure discloses a speaker box including a cover fixed between the frame and the magnetic circuit system; the cover includes a bottom wall set at a bottom of the speaker unit and a side wall extending from the bottom wall and set at a side of the speaker unit; the vibration system, the frame, the cover and the magnetic circuit system enclosing a internal space of the speaker unit; the cover is hot pressed from polyethylene glycol terephthalate film, the bottom wall is provided with an array of first leakage holes communicating the internal space and the rear cavity, the side wall is provided with an array of second leakage holes communicating the internal space and the rear cavity. The speaker box can be flexibly applied to a variety of complex shapes of the housing and can enhance the filling amount of sound-absorbing powder.

A speaker box is provided and includes a housing defining a receiving space; and a speaker driver received in the receiving space. The speaker driver includes a basin frame, and a diaphragm and a magnetic circuit system. The speaker driver further includes a metal cover case fixed on the basin frame and the magnetic bowl. The metal cover case includes a bottom wall connected with the magnetic bowl and a side wall bent and extended from the bottom wall, and the leakage hole communicatively couples the first rear cavity with the second rear cavity. The speaker box further includes a metal ring covered on the magnetic bowl and the metal cover case, and the magnetic bowl, the metal cover case, and the metal ring are glued and fixed to one another. In this way, it is possible to effectively avoid blockage of the leakage holes.

The present disclosure provides a speaker module. The speaker module includes a housing body, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. The housing body includes a support frame having a through cavity, a front cover mounted on the through cavity opening side of the support frame, and a back cover mounted on the side of the support frame away from the front cover. The vibration system, the support frame and the back cover are enclosed to form a back cavity. The support frame includes an integrally injection-molded conductive element. This configuration of the present disclosure can simplify the manufacturing process of the speaker module, and reduce the application cost.

Speaker module

A speaker includes: a frame, a vibration system, including a diaphragm, a voice coil, and a flexible circuit board, the flexible circuit board including a first fixing portion, a second fixing portion, and an elastic arm, and a magnetic circuit system, including a yoke with a through hole and a main magnet and a secondary magnet fixed to the yoke, the secondary magnet surrounding and spaced from the main magnet for forming a magnetic gap, the voice coil located in the magnetic gap, wherein a projection of the elastic arm along a vibration direction of the diaphragm is at least partially located in the through hole, the speaker further comprises a connecting piece connected with an outer surface of the yoke, the connecting piece covers the through hole. Compared with the related art, the speaker disclosed by the present disclosure has better acoustic performance.

Speaker

A speaker module includes a housing, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. An accommodation space is defined in the housing, the vibration system is accommodated in the accommodation space, and the magnetic circuit system is accommodated in the accommodation space and is configured to drive the vibration system. The housing includes a supporting frame, a front cover, and a rear cover. The vibration system and the magnetic circuit system are directly assembled with the housing to obtain the loudspeaker module. Compared with the related art, an assembling process of the speaker module is simplified from two separate assembly processes of a speaker and a module into single assemble process of the speaker, which provides a simple assembling process and further reduces the cost.

Speaker module and assembling method thereof

A speaker box includes a metal housing defining an accommodating cavity, a speaker received in the accommodating cavity, and at least two metal pieces arranged between the metal housing and the speaker. The speaker includes a vibrating diaphragm. The speaker includes a frame and a magnetic yoke fixed to the frame. The at least two metal pieces are welded and fixed to the magnetic yoke and the metal housing. Compared with the prior art, by welding the at least two metal pieces with the speaker through laser, reliability of the speaker box is improved when the speaker box suddenly drops, a manufacturing process is optimized, and costs are saved.

The present disclosure discloses electronic terminal including housing, sound producing device and switching structure, and first sound cavity channel and second sound cavity channel formed in the housing. The sound producing device defines sound producing cavity jointly with housing. The electronic terminal further includes mounting groove formed in housing. The switching structure includes baffle slidably arranged in mounting groove and driving portion driving baffle to slide in mounting groove. The driving portion drives baffle to slide into first sound cavity channel or the second sound cavity channel, to close first sound cavity channel or the second sound cavity channel. The baffle can be driven to slide in mounting groove to selectively close first sound cavity channel or second sound cavity channel, to prevent the problem that the terminal, when using one of the first sound cavity channel and the second sound cavity channel, is affected by the other.

Electronic terminal with a switching structure

Provided is a speaker box and a mobile terminal. The speaker box is applied to the mobile terminal and includes a shell having a receiving space and a speaker unit received in the receiving space. The shell includes a bottom shell and a metal top plate covering the bottom shell and together defining the receiving space. The metal top plate includes a main body covering one end of the sidewall away from the bottom wall and a connector extending outwards from the main body. A positioning portion is provided in the connector. The housing extends toward the connector to form a heat stake supporting and fixing the connector. The connector is fixed to the housing after hot melting of the heat stake. A stable connection between the speaker box and the mobile terminal can be achieved and mounting is fast and firm.

The present invention discloses a speaker, including a holder, a vibration unit and a magnetic circuit unit that are fixed to the holder. The magnetic circuit unit includes a yoke fixed to the holder, a main magnet and an auxiliary magnet that are assembled on the yoke. The main magnet is spaced apart from the auxiliary magnet to form a first magnetic gap. The yoke includes a bottom wall and a sidewall formed by extending from a periphery of the bottom wall while being bent. The main magnet and the auxiliary magnet are assembled on the bottom wall. The auxiliary magnet is provided along a long axis direction of the bottom wall. The sidewall is located in a short axis direction of the bottom wall, and the sidewall is spaced apart from the main magnet to form a second magnetic gap.

A speaker, having a firmer structure, includes a metal holder, a magnetic circuit unit including a first diaphragm, and a vibration unit including a clamp plate. The clamp plate includes long-axis edges and short-axis edges. The holder includes long edges, short edges, and corner portions. The short edge includes a first surface facing away from the first diaphragm. The short-axis edge abuts against the first surface. The short-axis edge includes a second surface facing the short edge. The corner portion includes a third surface facing away from the first diaphragm. The holder further includes a protrusion extending from the first surface in a direction facing away from the first diaphragm. The clamp plate further includes an avoiding portion formed by recessing from the second surface in a direction facing away from the short edge. The protrusion is received in and connected to the avoiding portion.

The present disclosure provides a speaker. The speaker comprises a fixing system and a vibration system, the vibration system includes a membrane, a voice coil for driving the membrane to generate sound, and an elastic part fixedly connected to one end of the voice coil distal from the membrane. The elastic part comprises a diaphragm elastically supporting the voice coil. The diaphragm comprises a first fixing portion fixedly connected to the fixing system, a second fixing portion fixedly connected to the voice coil and an edge connecting the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion. The edge is provided with a plurality of openings. The present disclosure also provides a speaker using a breathable material.

The present disclosure provides a speaker, including a housing and a vibration unit and a magnetic circuit unit that are received in the housing. The magnetic circuit unit includes a magnetic frame, the magnetic frame comprising a bottom wall and a sidewall extending from the bottom wall while being bent towards the housing. A positioning portion protruding outwardly is provided on the sidewall of the magnetic frame, and the positioning portion abuts against the housing. The speaker of the present disclosure can achieve the positioning of the magnetic frame using the positioning portion provided on the sidewall of the magnetic frame during the assembling, and it is unnecessary to sacrifice the flanging length of the magnetic frame, so that the flanging of the magnetic frame can be maximized, thereby improving the performance of the speaker.

The present invention provides a speaker, which includes a basket, a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system. The magnetic circuit system includes a magnetic frame, the magnetic frame and the basket define an accommodating space for accommodating the magnetic circuit system and the vibration system. The magnetic frame includes a magnetic frame bottom wall, a magnetic frame side wall extending from an outer side of the magnetic frame bottom wall towards the basket, and an extended portion extending from the magnetic frame side wall towards an outer side, the extended portion is provided with a plurality of protrusions formed by a semi-shearing process and protruding towards the basket, and an opening hole which is clamped and fixed with the protrusion is provided in a bottom wall of the basket. The speaker of the present disclosure has advantages of a stable structure size and suitability for accurate locating.

The present disclosure provides a speaker including a frame having an accommodating space, a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system that are accommodated in the accommodating space. The vibration system includes a first diaphragm configured to vibrate and produce sound, a voice coil located below the first diaphragm and configured to drive the first diaphragm to vibrate and produce sound, a flexible circuit board electrically connected to the voice coil and elastically supporting the voice coil, and a second diaphragm fixed to the flexible circuit board. The flexible circuit board includes a first fixing portion connected to the voice coil, a second fixing portion disposed opposite to and separately from the first fixing portion, and an elastic arm connecting the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion. An orthogonal projection of the elastic arm toward the second diaphragm is partially located within a range of the second diaphragm.
