Provided are 1,4-diphenyl-1H-imidazole and 2,4-diphenylthiazole derivatives having a structure represented by Formula I, a preparation method therefor and uses thereof: wherein Ris any one of H, OH, and OCH, Ris any one of H, NO, CH, CF, SOCH, COOCH, or CONHCH, Ris any one of H, NO, OCH, or CF, Ris selected from H, CF, or Cl, Ris any one of H, Cl, CF, or NHCH, and Ris any one of OCF, CF, or CN; V is either C or N, W is either CH or N, X is a C atom, Y is either CH or N, and Z is either CH or S. This compound can be used in preparation of anti-inflammatory adjuvants, TLR1 or TLR2 agonists, and anti-tumor agents and for regulating the activity activation level of TLR1 and TLR2 alkaline phosphatases in vitro and in vivo.

1,4-diphenyl-1H-imidazole and 2,4-diphenylthiazole derivatives and preparation method therefor and use thereof

A method of preparing a crystalline contrast agent for magnetic resonance imaging from a zwitterionic carboxylic pyridyl ligand includes mixing metal ion and the pyridyl ligand and obtaining crystals therefrom. The crystalline contrast agent includes a manganese-organic or gadolinium-organic 3D framework. The crystalline contrast agent is employed in a kit and a pharmaceutically acceptable composition. The method allows for preparing crystalline contrast agents with superior properties with easily available starting materials and with an economic and efficient process. The method allows for preparing crystalline contrast agents with exceptional water-stability and water-solubility, which exhibit high longitudinal relaxivities and with excellent stabilities under physiological conditions and low cytotoxicity. Further provided is a method for in vivo imaging of a subject, in particular a human, comprising administering the crystalline contrast agent to the subject.

The present invention provides a series of penta-substituted tetrahydropyrimidines with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) characteristics and preparation method and use thereof. The AIE penta-substituted tetrahydropyrimidines have structures shown as formula (I). Ris selected from a group consisting of linear or branched alkyls and substituted alkyls. Rand Ris respectively selected from a group consisting of linear or branched alkyls, substituted alkyls, cycloalkyls, substituted cycloalkyls, aryls, substituted aryls, polycyclic aryls, substituted polycyclic aryls, heterocyclyls, substituted heterocyclyls, aromatic heterocyclyls and substituted aromatic heterocyclyls. Ris selected from a group consisting of aryls, substituted aryls, polycyclic aryls, substituted polycyclic aryls, aromatic heterocyclyls and substituted aromatic heterocyclyls. The penta-substituted tetrahydropyrimidines can be prepared by multi-component reactions (MCR). There are 1&#x2dc;3 aryls in the structure of the penta-substituted tetrahydropyrimidines. The penta-substituted tetrahydropyrimidines possess strong AIE properties and can be used for preparing organic electro-luminescence or photo-luminescence devices, or chemical and biological fluorescent sensors or probes.
