A power supply device includes a main power supply, a sub-power supply, a main power supply path, a sub-power supply path, a power supply selector switch, and a load selector switch group. The main power supply path is connected to the main power supply. The sub-power supply path is different from the main power supply path and is connected to the sub-power supply. The load selector switch group is disposed between the main power supply path and the sub-power supply path, and the load unit, and performs switching so as to connect one of the main power supply path and the sub-power supply path to the load unit and to disconnect the other from the load unit, according to switching of the power supply selector switch.

Power supply device

The two DC/DC converters perform DC/DC conversion of the power source voltage of the driving battery for supplying power to the motor of the vehicle and supply to an automatic operation load and a general load as an electrical component mounted on the vehicle. A switch is connected between the outputs of the two DC/DC converters. The two DC/DC converters and the switch are accommodated in one accommodating case.

DC/DC conversion unit

A plurality of DC/DC converters is provided for each group of solar panels and is configured to convert an output power of the solar panels. A charger includes an input to which outputs of the plurality of DC/DC converters are connected and is configured to convert an input voltage with maintaining the input voltage to a lower limit voltage during charging. The control device controls each of the plurality of DC/DC converters independently. Each of the plurality of control devices is configured to control so as to gradually increase the output voltage of the DC/DC converter from the lower limit voltage, measure the output power of the solar panel each time the output voltage is increased, and search for the output voltage where the measured output power is maximum and maintain that output voltage.

Power controller

Provided is a power supply unit capable of simplifying a structure of a temperature adjustment mechanism. Electric component power supplies and DC/DC converters and a junction box are accommodated in the same accommodating unit as a drive power supply, and thus the drive power supply and the box and the electrical component power supplies are arranged close to each other. As a result, a cooling unit for cooling the drive power supply and the electrical component power supplies can be made common. Further, heat can be transferred between parts housed in the accommodating unit, omitting the heating unit and lowering the capacity thereof.

Power supply unit

The two DC/DC converters perform DC/DC conversion of the power source voltage of the driving battery for supplying power to the motor of the vehicle and supply to an automatic operation load and a general load as electrical components mounted on the vehicle. The control units control the two DC/DC converters. The control units make only one of the two DC/DC converters DC/DC conversion at the start of the DC/DC conversion, and then make both of the two DC/DC converters DC/DC conversion.

Provided are a rewriting system capable of shortening rewrite time, a rewriting system and a computer used for the rewriting system. The rewriting system includes an ECU and a rewriting device for at least transmitting to the ECU a rewrite data of memory contents stored in a flash ROMB (memory), the flash ROMB (memory) includes a rewrite target area Ain which the memory contents to be rewritten are stored and a non-rewrite target area Ain which the memory contents not to be rewritten are stored, and the rewriting device transmits the rewrite data of the memory contents to the ECU only for the memory contents of the rewrite target area in the flash ROMB (memory).

Rewriting system, rewriting device and computer

A plurality of semiconductor relays is provided between a power source and loads. The semiconductor relays have a function of a current detection for detecting a current passing through themselves. The loads are connected to output terminals respectively. A switching unit arbitrarily selects and switches a connecting destination of the semiconductor relays from among the plurality of output terminals. A microcomputer controls the switching unit on the basis of the detection results of a current flowing through the semiconductor relays, and adjusts the number of the semiconductor relays connected to the same load and connected to each other in parallel.

Load controller and load control method

An electrical wiring device for vehicle includes a distribution module that is disposed between an auxiliary connector and optional devices. The distribution module includes: semiconductor relays connected to a power supply line; input/output interfaces; a control unit configured to control the semiconductor relays and the input/output interfaces on the basis of various kinds of signals acquired via a communication line; and a connecting terminal for connecting outputs of the semiconductor relays and outputs of the input/output interfaces to the optional devices. The control unit controls operations of the semiconductor relays and the input/output interfaces corresponding to the optional devices connected to the connecting terminal.

Electrical wiring device for vehicle

An ID setting device includes: an output circuit configured to output, as serial data, an ID to be set in an ECU, which is an ID setting target; an input circuit to which an ID that is set is input as serial data from the ECU; and a control unit configured to check the ID output by the output circuit and the ID input to the input circuit against each other. The serial data has a duty cycle which is according to setting data on a per bit basis.

Information setting device and electronic appliance

A vehicle power supply control device includes a plurality of area power supply slaves connected with respective different device groups configured with a plurality of different devices installed in a vehicle, and controlling power supplied to the devices in the connected device groups, a plurality of area power supply masters that are connected with respective different area power supply slaves and control power supplied to the connected area power supply slaves, and a vehicle power supply master connected with the area power supply masters and a battery of the vehicle and controlling power supplied to the area power supply masters from the battery.

Vehicle power supply control device

When an anomaly is determined in the transition of ECUs to a power saving state, a power supply control system sequentially turns on current supply switches while keeping a bypass switch on. A monitoring controller determines an anomaly in the transition of the ECUs to a power saving state on the basis of whether the dark current in the ECUs calculated from the amount of change at that time in the current in the power supply line is greater than an ordinary dark current. Further, in the startup state of the ECUs, power from a power supply can be supplied to the ECUs via the power supply line and individual supply lines.

Power supply control system

When supplying electric power to a load from a power supply via a parallel circuit of two electrical wires having the same wiring resistance, a vehicular power supply control device uses a current measurement unit in intelligent power devices (IPDs) to measure a passing current flowing in a semiconductor switching device in each of the electrical wires. Then, in order to match the temperatures of the electrical wires as estimated by a present temperature estimation unit base on the measured current, a target duty ratio in a PWM control for reducing the passing current in the semiconductor switching device of the IPD on one electrical wire is calculated in a target duty ratio calculation unit, and the semiconductor switching device of the one IPD is turned on and off by a PWM/DC control and shutoff determination unit with the calculated target duty ratio.

Vehicular power supply control device and a controlling method of the same

A vehicle load control device repeats a determination state in which at least one of a plurality of switching elements is turned off from an initial state in which the switching elements are all in an ON state until all of the switching elements have different ON/OFF states, and determines a connection form for each connection portion based on the change between an initial current value detected in the initial state and a determination current value detected for each determination state.

An alarm device for a vehicle has a sensor section detecting that the hand of a passenger approaches an opening and closing operation section H and sending an operation detecting signal, a vehicle detector detecting another vehicle approaching from behind and sending a vehicle detecting signal, a vibration unit vibrating the opening and closing operation section H, a lamp section arranged on a pillar and displaying a warning sign with the irradiation of light, and a ECU (Electric Control Unit). When the ECU receives the vehicle detecting signal and the operation detecting signal, the vibration unit operates and a warning sign is displayed on the lamp section. Thereby, when another vehicle approaches, it is possible to prevent the passenger from opening operation of the door body.
