A filter that includes: a filter base portion having a first main surface and a second main surface, the filter base portion defining a plurality of through-holes connecting the first main surface and the second main surface via an inner wall extending from the second main surface toward the first main surface; and a support portion that has a plurality of protruding portions located in respective through-holes of the plurality of through-holes and disposed on the second main surface of the filter base portion, the plurality of protruding portions having an outer wall in contact with the inner wall of the filter base portion, wherein a first opening on the first main surface side of the filter base portion is larger than a second opening on the second main surface side of the filter base portion, and there is a clearance between the filter base portion and the support portion.

A filtration filter that includes a filter section having a plurality of through-holes passing through a first main surface and constructed such that objects to be filtered contained in a liquid are captured and a second main surface opposite the first main surface; and a frame section surrounding an outer periphery of the filter section, wherein a first film thickness at a center of the filter section is larger than a second film thickness of the filter section at a position closer to the frame section than the center of the filter section.

Cell filter

A filtration filter according to the present invention includes a surface layer composed mainly of Pd, a base material inside the surface layer and composed mainly of a PdNi alloy, and an intermediate layer between the surface layer and the base material, wherein the intermediate layer is composed mainly of a PdNi alloy in which a Pd:Ni ratio changes from a surface layer side toward a base material side.

Filtration filter

A filtration filter having a tubular shape, defining a first opening and a second opening facing the first opening, and including a filter base that defines a plurality of through holes arranged in a square grid array. The filter base includes a continuous portion having a first set of through holes of the plurality of through holes, and a non-continuous portion having a second set of through holes of the plurality of through holes. The continuous portion extends in a first direction from the first opening of the filtration filter toward the second opening and extends in a second direction along at least a first portion of a circumference of the filtration filter orthogonal to the first direction. The non-continuous portion has the second set of through holes shifted relative to the first set of through holes of the continuous portion and extends in the first direction.

A filtration filter having a filter substrate defining a plurality of through-holes extending from a first principal surface to a second principal surface opposite the first principal surface; and a pair of projections between adjacent through-holes of the plurality of through-holes, the pair of projections being on corresponding end portions on opposite sides in a width direction of the filter substrate and protruding from the first principal surface so as to define a reservoir part with the first principal surface.
