A transmission mechanism and a pressure oil supply system therefor are provided for use in work vehicles provided with a work device externally of the body of the vehicle at longitudinal one side thereof, the transmission mechanism being simple in construction and serving to shorten the overall length of the vehicle while holding a transmission shaft interconnecting a PTO shaft and an input shaft for the work device close to a horizontal. A work vehicle provided with a work device in front of the vehicle body comprises a transmissiondisposed between a differential gear unitand an HSTand providing a travel cooperative mechanism, a PTO shaft projecting from the housing of the HST, and a PTO cooperative mechanism disposed in the housing for dividedly deriving power for the PTO shaft from the travel cooperative mechanism for the transmission of the power. The HSTcomprises a hydraulic pumphaving a pump shaftfor receiving an input at its rear end, and a hydraulic motorhaving a motor shaftfor delivering a front wheel driving force and a rear wheel driving force from the front end and rear end thereof, respectively.

A hydraulic driving apparatus for a wheeled vehicle including a prime mover and a pair of wheels comprises a stepless transmission mechanism for traveling which transmits driving force from the prime mover to the drive wheels so as rotate the drive wheels in a common forward or rearward direction, and a steering transmission mechanism including a hydrostatic stepless transmission including a variable hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor fluidly connected to each other, wherein a rotational force of the hydraulic motor is divided into opposite directive rotations transmitted to the respective drive wheels. A switching valve is disposed between the variable hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor in the steering transmission mechanism. The switching valve reverses the rotational direction of the motor relative to the discharge direction from the pump according to a change in the traveling direction of the vehicle between forward and rearward, and divides a pair of oil passages between the pump and the motor into independent circuits which include the pump and the motor, respectively.

Hydraulic driving apparatus for a wheeled vehicle

An axle driving apparatus wherein a hydraulic motor and a hydraulic pump for a hydro-static-transmission are housed in a transmission casing of the axle driving apparatus and a center section for connecting the hydraulic motor and hydraulic pump is disposed in the transmission casing, the center section being fixed at the butt joint portion at the transmission casing, and an oil passage from the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic motor at the center section is bent at a right angle so as to extend the motor shaft in parallel to the axles, so that the rotation direction of the motor shaft conventionally changed by bevel gears is changed by the oil passages in the center section.

The present invention provides a vehicle traveling control apparatus for a vehicle with an HST and a mechanical transmission, which are connected in tandem to each other and interposed in a traveling power transmission path between a driving power source and driving wheels. The vehicle traveling control apparatus includes a speed-change control mechanism which in turn includes a signal detection part and a control part for controlling the changing of the output speed of the HST and the shifting operation of the mechanical transmission. The signal detection part includes a load-torque detection means. The control part is designed to control the mechanical transmission and the HST based upon the detected results by the load torque detection means so that where the vehicle lies in a high load torque state, the control part downshifts the mechanical transmission to a lower speed stage, while increasing the output speed of the HST.

An HST used for vehicle with a vehicle body, which includes a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic motor fluidly connected with the hydraulic pump, a housing accommodating the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor, a hydraulic pump block supporting the hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor block separately arranged from the hydraulic pump block and supporting the hydraulic motor. The housing constitutes at least a part of the vehicle body. The hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor are disposed along the vehicle longitudinal axis via the hydraulic pump block and the hydraulic motor block. The present invention also provides a power transmission arrangement with the HST for vehicle.

Hydrostatic transmission and power transmission arrangement with the same for vehicle

A driving apparatus is used in a vehicle wherein both the front and rear wheels are driven. The apparatus prevents the steerable wheels from skidding while transmitting power to the steerable wheels when turning the vehicle. The apparatus includes a transmission unit for receiving a rotational output from a main HST a steerable wheel drive shaft and a nonsteerable wheel drive shaft for receiving the rotational output from the transmission unit and delivering the output respectively to an axle for driving the steerable wheels and an axle for driving the nonsteerable wheels, and a differential unit for rotating the drive shaft at an increased speed and the drive shaft at a decreased speed.

The invention provides a transmission mechanism for use in a vehicle including a vehicle body having one side toward a first direction along the length thereof and the other side toward a second direction opposite to the first direction, the vehicle comprising a differential gear unit , an HST and an engine which are arranged in the vehicle body from the first direction side toward the second direction. A transmission is provided between the differential gear unit and the HST , whereby the power of the engine is transmitted through the transmission and input to the HST at the first direction side thereof. The transmission mechanism of simple construction serves to shorten the overall length of the vehicle while preventing the rise of the center of gravity of the vehicle.
