A lens drive device includes a movable unit, a fixed unit, and a support portion. The movable unit includes a magnet and a lens holder for holding a lens. The fixed unit includes a coil board and a base board. The coil board includes a coil facing the magnet and a coil wiring connected thereto. The base board is disposed opposite to the magnet across the coil board and includes a base wiring and an opening through which the optical axis of the lens passes. The support portion relatively movably connects the movable unit to the fixed unit and supports the movable unit to the fixed unit. A first conductive portion conductively connecting the coil wiring and the base wiring in the fixed unit is disposed away from an opening periphery of the opening to an outside in a radial direction.

Lens drive device

A lens drive device includes a movable portion, a fixed portion, and a nonmagnetic case. The movable portion includes a double-pole magnet having two pairs of magnetic poles, a first coil opposing to the double-pole magnet in a perpendicular direction to a light axis, and a lens holder being movable to the double-pole magnet in a direction of the light axis. The fixed portion includes a second coil arranged so as to oppose to the double-pole magnet in the direction of the light axis. The nonmagnetic case is attached to the fixed portion so as to cover the movable portion. The double-pole magnet includes a first section and a second section. L1/L2 is 0.9 to 1.1, where L1 and L2 are respectively a length of the first and second sections in the direction of the light axis.

Lens drive device and electromagnetic drive unit

A driving mechanism is provided. The driving mechanism includes a fixed portion, a movable portion, and a driving assembly. The movable portion is movably connected to the fixed portion. The driving assembly is used for driving the movable portion to move relative to the fixed portion. The driving assembly is driven by a control signal provided by a control assembly. The driving assembly includes shape memory alloy.

Optical element driving mechanism with different control modes

An optical element drive device includes a movable section and a fixed section. The movable section includes a first magnetic field generator for generating a first magnetic field and is drivable in a motion direction. The fixed section includes a sensor unit. The sensor unit carries out a detection based on the first magnetic field and a bias magnetic field different from the first magnetic field.

Optical element drive device

The position detecting device of the present invention is a device for detecting the position of a movable detection target within a predetermined movable range. The position detecting device comprises: a first magnet (A) and a second magnet (B) which are arranged so as to move integrally with the movement of the detection target; a first magnetic detecting circuit (A) that detects the magnetic field of the first magnet (A) and a second magnetic detecting circuit (B) that detects the magnetic field of the second magnet (B), which are arranged at positions outside the movable range; and a differential amplifier () that amplifies the difference between the detection signals of the magnetic field output from the first magnetic detecting circuit (A) and the second magnetic detecting circuit (B), and that outputs the amplified difference of the signal as a position detecting signal of the detection target.

An actuator includes a first magnet whose magnetic pole surface has an N pole and a second magnet whose magnetic pole surface has an S pole. When current flows from one end of a first wiring to the other end, the current circulates in one direction at least partially on the first magnet in a first area, while it circulates in a direction opposite to the one direction at least partially on the second magnet in the first area. When current flows from one end of a second wiring to the other end, the current circulates in the direction opposite to the one direction at least partially on another first magnet in the second area, while it circulates in the one direction at least partially on another second magnet in the second area.

Actuator capable of performing rational motion

A lens drive device includes a lens holder capable of holding at least one lens and a frame arranged around the holder and holding the holder relatively movable along a light axis of the lens. At least three stopper convex portions protruding toward the frame are formed on an outer circumference of the holder. Stopper concave portions housing each of the stopper convex portions are formed on the frame correspondingly to the stopper convex portions. A convex intersection corner between the first convex end surface and the convex side surface has a chamfering portion or an R curved surface portion to avoid touching a concave intersection corner between the concave bottom surface and the concave side surface.

A lens drive device includes a movable portion, a fixed portion, and four suspension wires. The movable portion has a lens holder holding a lens and a magnet arranged at a position that does not overlap with the lens when viewed from a light axis direction. The fixed portion has a coil and a position sensor arranged to oppose against the magnet in the light axis direction and a circuit board having multiple wirings. The wires are arranged around the lens at approximately equal intervals in the light axis direction. The sensor and the coil are arranged to overlap with four sides of a four-sided polygon formed by connecting four wire connection positions where the wires are connected with the fixed portion. The sensor is arranged between the wire connection position closest to the sensor and the coil closest thereto.

The present invention relates to the lens driving device comprising the spring. The spring comprises the holder installation parts installed to the lens holder, the frame installation parts installed to the frame, and the wire installation parts installed to the suspension wire. The space is formed between a first step plane of the frame, and a part of the spring positioned between the frame installation part and the wire installation parts; and the vibration absorbing member is placed at the space. At the damper space between the damper table and the rear plane of the frame, the vibration absorbing member is filled. At the inner circumference plane of the frame, the depression part is formed which is opened towards the space, and the vibration absorbing member which is filled in the space is also continuously filled to the depression part.
