To alleviate stress exerted on a thread portion of a high pressure gas container including a metallic container to prevent fatigue fracture, there is provided a high pressure gas container comprising a metallic container, wherein the metallic container includes: a metallic cylinder; a female thread portion on an inner peripheral surface of the metallic cylinder at at least one end; and a lid having, on an outer peripheral surface, a male thread portion configured to screw into the female thread portion, and a maximum value of residual compressive stress at a position of 0.4 mm in a depth direction from a plurality of thread bottoms of the female thread portion and the male thread portion is 100 MPa or more, less than or equal to tensile strength of a material of the metallic cylinder, and less than or equal to tensile strength of a material of the lid.

High pressure gas container and production method therefor

A high-pressure hydrogen container includes: a cylinder body; and a lid member that closes an end portion of the cylinder body. The cylinder body includes: a joining portion that fixes the lid member; a cylinder portion that forms an outer shell of a storage portion; and a sealing surface formed at an inner surface of the cylinder body. At least H<K is satisfied, where an area of the sealing surface which the sealing portion abuts is an abutting area, H is a thickness from the abutting area to an outer surface of the cylinder body, part of the cylinder body in which a stress greater than or equal to a predetermined stress σ is generated is a stress generation portion, and L is a distance between the abutting area and the stress generation portion.

High-pressure hydrogen container

A hydrogen supply system is configured to supply hydrogen to a fuel-cell vehicle by using a receptacle for hydrogen transport, and includes: a filling unit provided at a hydrogen filling facility and configured to fill the receptacle with hydrogen; a management unit configured to calculate a transport timing at which the hydrogen-filled receptacle is transported to a business facility that operates the fuel-cell vehicle; a transport unit configured to transport the hydrogen-filled receptacle to the business facility in accordance with the transport timing; and a disposition unit configured to dispose the hydrogen-filled receptacle transported to the business facility at a place to which the fuel-cell vehicle is capable of accessing to have a refill of the hydrogen in the business facility.

Hydrogen supply system

A high-pressure hydrogen container is provided that has a simple configuration, requiring less labor for manufacture, achieving reduced manufacturing costs, and ensuring pressure resistance. The high-pressure hydrogen container includes a metal cylinder configured to store high-pressure hydrogen, a pair of lid parts configured to cover both end portions of the metal cylinder, and a plurality of fastening parts configured to fix the pair of lid parts in a state where the metal cylinder is clamped between the pair of lid parts.

A composite pressure vessel liner suitable for use in a composite pressure vessel for storing high-pressure hydrogen is provided. The composite pressure vessel liner is made of a steel material including: a predetermined chemical composition; and a metallic microstructure in which an area fraction of martensite at a position of &#xbc; of a wall thickness on an inner side is 30% or more, a total area fraction of martensite and bainite at the position of &#xbc; of the wall thickness on the inner side is 95% or more, and a total area fraction of martensite and bainite in a wall thickness center part is 95% or more, wherein the composite pressure vessel liner has a wall thickness of 20 mm or more in a longitudinal center part, and a tensile strength of 850 MPa or more in the wall thickness center part.

Composite pressure vessel liner, composite pressure vessel, and method for producing composite pressure vessel liner

A steel pipe or tube for pressure vessels having excellent quench crack resistance is provided. The steel pipe or tube for pressure vessels comprises: a specific chemical composition; and a metallic microstructure in which an average grain size of prior austenite grains is 500 &#x3bc;m or less, and an area fraction of microstructures other than ferrite is 50% or more.
