The present disclosure discloses a cellulose nanocrystal-supported sodium alginate adsorbent and use thereof in enriching organic phosphorus in wastewater, belonging to the technical field of environmental engineering. Cellulose nanocrystals are prepared from papermaking deinking sludge through chemical conditioning, drying, crushing, chemical oxidation and microwave assisted separation, and then supported on alginate under weakly acidic conditions to provide the cellulose nanocrystals with the ability to enrich organic phosphorus in wastewater. By using this method, the content of organic phosphorus in the wastewater can be significantly reduced, the total phosphorus in the effluent can be reduced, and the wastewater treatment effluent can satisfy the discharge standard. The enriched organic phosphorus can be recycled as a phosphorus resource through incineration. In addition, the papermaking deinking sludge is made into the product with a high added value, so the applicability of the papermaking deinking sludge is broadened. The present disclosure has high feasibility.

The present disclosure discloses a method for determining optimal preservation temperature of the anaerobic ammonia oxidation biofilm in wastewater treatment, and belongs to the technical field of environmental engineering. The method of the present disclosure characterizes the ratio of living cells, early apoptotic cells, late apoptotic cells and dead cells in the anaerobic ammonia oxidation biofilm by flow cytometry, and the optimum storage temperature can be measured within a few hours. The method of the present disclosure performs correlation analysis on the characteristic indexes of the anaerobic ammonia oxidation biofilm activity recovery process to verify the reliability of the data. By using the method of the present disclosure, the step of recovering the biofilm activity can be omitted, the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen were over 90% and 85%, respectively.

Method for determining optimal preservation temperature of anaerobic ammonium oxidation biofilm in wastewater treatment for total nitrogen removal

The present disclosure discloses to a method for determining optimum preservation temperature of a sulfur autotrophic denitrifying bacteria biofilm, and belongs to the technical field of environment engineering. The method of the present disclosure comprises: determining the cell activity state of a sulfur autotrophic denitrifying bacteria biofilm preserved at different temperatures by flow cytometry, and determining the preservation temperature of the cell activity state closest to the cell activity state of the sulfur autotrophic denitrifying bacteria in pilot operation as the optimum preservation temperature. The cell activity state and performance effect are verified to be reliable after activity recovery by the test data. The method of the present disclosure can simplify the microbial activity recovery process of the sulfur autotrophic denitrifying bacteria biofilm, quickly start the sulfur autotrophic denitrifying bacteria biofilm sewage treatment, enable the removal rate of nitrate nitrogen and total nitrogen in a sewage treatment plant to reach 96% and 88% or above respectively, achieve the effects of energy saving and consumption reduction at the same time, and have very high industrial feasibility.

The present invention relates to the technical field of environmental engineering, and particularly relates to a method for treating and recycling waste slurry in bobbin paper production. The present invention employs aerobic granular sludge technology-based two-stage process of treating and recycling waste slurry in bobbin paper production, and has features of low agent feeding, small floor space occupation, a short operating cycle, and easy controllability. By treating a high-load waste slurry in an adsorption section having aerobic granular sludge, fibrous materials in the waste slurry can be concentrated efficiently and resource substances can be recycled. By treating water discharged from the adsorption section with aerobic granular sludge in a biochemistry section, a water release can be guaranteed to stably meet the standard. By employing the method, the amounts of the fibrous materials and proteins adsorbed by the aerobic granular sludge in the adsorption section reach 710 mg/g MLSS and 140 mg/g MLSS respectively, the concentrations of COD, NH4-N, TP and SS of water released from the biochemistry section are 98 mg/L, 4.1 mg/L, 0.8 mg/L and 100 mg/L respectively, and the removal rates of COD and SS reach 98.8% and 96.2% respectively, enabling water release to meet a corresponding release standard.

The present invention provides an ecological method for denitrification and phosphorus removal in wastewater treatment process, which relates to the field of sewage treatment technology, The present invention provides a nitrogen and phosphorus removal system, comprising a nitrogen and phosphorus removal unit and a sulfate adsorption unit. The nitrogen and phosphorus removal unit is packed with coarse sand layer, deoxidizing layer and sulfur/iron mixture layer, while the sulfate adsorption unit is filled with modified hydrotalcite. Both of the units are filled with solid material, which effectively avoid the contamination that causes by liquid carbon source feeding. The application of the present invention can realize a completely denitrification, which achieve a maximum removal rate of 100%, a phosphorus removal efficiency of about 80%. The TP concentration is below 0.5 mg/L in the treated effluent, while the average sulfate removal rate is about 50%.
