Disclosed is an electronic device including a tunable element, a first power supply circuit, and a second power supply circuit. The first power supply circuit and the second power supply circuit are electrically connected to the tunable element. The first power supply circuit drives the tunable element during a first time period. The second power supply circuit drives the tunable element during a second time period.

Electronic device

An electronic device of an embodiment of the disclosure includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a driving layer. The first substrate and the second substrate are disposed opposite to each other, and the driving layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The driving layer includes a scan line and a data line. The scan line is disposed on the first substrate and includes a first scan line segment. The first scan line segment has an opening and includes a first branch and a second branch. The first branch and the second branch are located on two opposite sides of the opening and are electrically connected in parallel with each other. The data line is disposed on the first substrate and intersects with the scan line. The electronic device of the embodiment of the disclosure may exhibit ideal display effect.

An electronic device includes a pixel circuit. The pixel circuit includes a driving transistor, an emission transistor, a capacitor, and a light-emitting element. The driving transistor is electrically connected to the emission transistor and the capacitor. The emission transistor is electrically connected to the light-emitting element. Under the same driving voltage, the driving transistor has a first conductive resistance value, the emission transistor has a second conductive resistance value, and the first conductive resistance value is greater than the second conductive resistance value.

A light-emitting device is provided. The light-emitting device includes a data input circuit, a driving transistor, a light-emitting component, a storage capacitor, and an electrostatic protection circuit. The driving transistor has a control terminal and a first terminal. The light-emitting component is coupled to the first terminal of the driving transistor. The storage capacitor is coupled between the data input circuit and the control terminal of the driving transistor. The electrostatic protection circuit is coupled to a node between the data input circuit and the storage capacitor. The light-emitting device of the disclosure can reduce electrostatic discharge generated by the storage capacitor to reduce the risk of the light-emitting device being damaged by static electricity.

Light-emitting device

An electronic device includes a substrate, an electrical component, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of fan-out lines and a multiplexer. The substrate includes an active area and a fan-out area. The electrical component is disposed in the active area. The data lines are disposed in the active area, and one of the data lines is coupled to the electrical component. The fan-out lines are disposed in the fan-out area. The multiplexer is disposed between the active area and the fan-out area, and is coupled to the one of the data lines and one of the fan-out lines. The electronic device has various refreshing frequencies and is configured to use the multiplexer to control the one of the data lines to receive a data signal through the one of the fan-out lines, and the electrical component displays a corresponding gray-level according to the data signal.

A light-emitting device is disclosed. The light-emitting device includes a light-emitting element, a driving circuit, and a compensation unit. The driving circuit is coupled to the light-emitting element, and is configured to receive a first data signal, drive the light-emitting element, and output a sensing signal. The compensation unit is coupled to the driving circuit, and is configured to receive the sensing signal and compensate the first data signal. The compensation unit includes a first comparator circuit and a second comparator circuit. The first comparator circuit includes a first addition terminal, a first subtraction terminal, and a first output terminal. The second comparator circuit includes a second addition terminal and a second subtraction terminal. The first subtraction terminal receives the sensing signal. The first output terminal is coupled to the second addition terminal.

A display device includes a first display area, a second display area, a first multiplexer, and a second multiplexer. The first display area includes a plurality of first data lines. The second display area is adjacent to the first display area and includes a plurality of second data lines. The first multiplexer is electrically connected to one of the first data lines. The second multiplexer is electrically connected to one of the second data lines. The first data line is electrically connected to a first number of sub-pixels. The second data line is electrically connected to a second number of sub-pixels. The first number is less than the second number. The size of the first multiplexer is smaller than that of the second multiplexer.
