The present disclosure provides methods and systems for dose distribution prediction. The methods comprise obtaining historical state information and current state information of a target subject. The current state information may reflect the state of the target subject in a current treatment fraction, and the historical state information may reflect the state of the target subject prior to the current treatment fraction. The methods also comprise determining a feature parameter of at least one optimization target with respect to the current treatment fraction, and predicting a current dose distribution to be used in the current treatment fraction based on at least part of the historical state information, the current state information, and the feature parameter of the at least one optimization target using a dose prediction model, the dose prediction model being a trained machine learning model.

Methods and systems for dose distribution prediction

The present application discloses a dose mapper method, which includes: step 1: collecting critical dimension fingerprint of each tool and each mask and storing the critical dimension fingerprint in a database; step 2: before exposing a wafer, pre-selecting the tool and the mask to be used, selecting the corresponding critical dimension fingerprint from the database and combining the corresponding critical dimension fingerprint to form total critical dimension fingerprint; step 3: obtaining dose mapper data for exposure of the wafer according to the total critical dimension fingerprint; step 4: exposing the wafer, and correcting the exposure of the wafer according to the dose mapper data in an exposure process. The present application can quickly and easily generate a dose mapper data file, especially when there is a new tool or mask to be expanded, thus improving the efficiency of generating the dose mapper data file and improving the production capacity.

Dose mapper method

A device for measuring a diameter error of a roller for threaded pair transmission in the technical field of power machinery, comprising a roller fixing device, a laser measuring device, a screw driving device, and a roller to be measured. The roller fixing device comprises a fixing rod, a supporting structure, guide rails, nut-bolt pairs and a fixing beam, to fix the roller. The laser measuring device comprises pressing columns, laser sensors, laser receiving plates, laser sensor placement plates and moving structures, which ensure the verticality of the roller. The screw driving device comprises ball screw pairs, bearings, nuts, nut connecting bolts and cranks, to drive the moving structures to ensure the distance between the laser measuring device and the roller. The roller diameter error measuring device of the present disclosure is simple to operate, has fewer human influence factors, and has high measurement accuracy.

Apparatuses, methods and storage medium associated with in-vehicle computing, are disclosed herein. In embodiments, an in-vehicle system computing platform having a hypervisor to host one or more virtual machines (VMs) includes a memory shrink manager, and a memory snapshot manager. The memory shrink manager is configured to orchestrate shrinking a memory footprint of one of the one or more VMs for a suspend process invoked in response to the computing platform being powered off. The memory snapshot manager is configured to save the shrunken memory footprint of the one VM to the persistent storage during the suspend process, and to reload a subset of the saved shrunken memory footprint during a resume process to resume the one VM from suspension to the persistent storage. The resume process is invoked in response to the computing platform being powered on, cold booted.

Power off and power on method and apparatus for an in-vehicle system

Apparatuses, methods and storage medium associated with multi-phase/level boot technology, are disclosed herein. In embodiments, a method may include resuming an initial execution image of a computing platform from persistent storage to execute an initial task; and subsequently, resuming a full execution image of the computing platform from the persistent storage to execute one of a plurality of operational tasks. Other embodiments are also described and claimed.
