A battery-operated device in one aspect of the present disclosure includes first to fourth current paths. A first end of the first current path and a first end of the third current path are connected to a first battery. A first end of the second current path and a first end of the fourth current path are connected to a second battery. A second end of the first current path is connected to a second end of the second current path. A second end of the third current path is connected to a second end of the fourth current path. The battery-operated device further includes a first switch on the first current path, a second switch on the second current path, a first rectifier on the third current path, and a fourth rectifier on the fourth current path.

A rebar tying tool may include a twisting mechanism, a body, a grip, and a control board. The twisting mechanism may include a twisting motor and a holder configured to twist a wire around rebus by operation of the twisting motor. The body may house the twisting mechanism. The grip may be disposed below the body and configured to be gripped by an operator. The control board may be configured to control the operation of the twisting motor. The control board may be disposed below a connection between the grip and the body.

Rebar tying tool

The disclosure herein discloses a rebar tying machine. The rebar tying machine may include a feed motor, a current sensor configured to detect a current flowing through the feed motor, and a control unit configured to control an operation of the feed motor. The rebar tying machine may be configured to perform: a feeding-out process in which a wire is fed out around rebars by driving the feed motor, a gripping process in which a vicinity of a tip of the wire is gripped, a pulling-back process in which the wire is pulled back by driving the feed motor, a cutting process in which the wire is cut, and a twisting process in which the wire is twisted. The control unit may be configured to determine a diameter of the rebars based on a history of a current value flowing through the feed motor in the pulling-back process.

Rebar tying machine

A rebar tying tool () include a feed mechanism (), which includes a first motor () and feeds a wire (W), and a twisting mechanism, which includes a second motor () and twists together one or more portions of the wire. A control unit () controls the first motor and the second motor and includes a general-purpose I/O port () and a motor-control-signal output port (). A motor-control-signal-output-destination-switching circuit () inputs motor-control signals (UH, VH, WH, UL, VL, WL) from the control unit via the motor-control-signal output port and selectively outputs the inputted motor-control signals to either the first motor or the second motor in response to input of a switching signal (SW).

A rebar tying tool includes: a feed mechanism (), which includes a first brushless motor () and performs an advancing process that advances a wire (W) and a draw-back process that draws back the wire (W); a first inverter circuit (), which is electrically connected to the first brushless motor; and a control unit (), which controls the first brushless motor via the first inverter circuit. The first brushless motor comprises a first Hall-effect sensor (), which is disposed on a first sensor board (). In the advancing process, the control unit performs lead-angle control on the first brushless motor at a first lead angle. In the draw-back process, the control unit performs lead-angle control on the first brushless motor at a second lead angle. The first lead angle is set to be larger than the second lead angle.

In one aspect of the present disclosure, a laser marker includes a supporter, a movable portion, at least one laser optical source, a tilt sensor, a first actuator, and a controller. The movable portion is tiltably supported by the supporter. The tilt sensor is provided to the movable portion, detects a first tilt of the movable portion, and outputs a first detection value that indicates the first tilt. The first actuator changes a tilt of the movable portion with respect to the supporter. The controller controls the first actuator such that a center value of a first series of detection values and a reference value coincide with each other.
