A pressure relief valve for a battery pack is attached to a port formed in a pack case of a battery pack. The pressure relief valve has a casing including a discharge hole and a valve mechanism configured to open and close the discharge hole. The discharge hole is connected to the port when the pressure relief valve is attached to the port. The pressure relief valve includes a cover attached to the casing. A passage is formed between the cover and the casing to release gas that is discharged from the discharge hole. The valve mechanism includes a valve member configured to close the discharge hole and a biasing portion that biases the valve member to a closed position where the valve member closes the discharge hole.

Pressure relief valve for battery pack

A fuel tank valve apparatus includes a valve port configured to allow inside and outside of a fuel tank to communicate with each other, a valve chamber formed under the valve port, a float body disposed movably up and down inside the valve chamber, and a seal member having elasticity with respect to the valve port and mounted on an upper portion of the float body. The seal member includes a main body configured to close the valve port, a combining portion with respect to the upper portion of the float body, and an extending portion laterally extending from the main body. The float body includes a combined portion combined with the combining portion with up-and-down movements of the seal member allowed in a predetermined range, and a hook portion located above the extending portion.

Fuel tank valve apparatus

A damper device is provided with a cylinder body and a piston body, and provides braking for movement or relative movement of an object to be braked by attaching at least either the cylinder body or the piston body to the object to be braked. The piston body is provided with a seal ring for sealing between the piston body and the cylinder body. When a pressure difference between an inner space, located between the piston body and a deep inner section of the cylinder body, and the outside becomes a predetermined volume or above due to the movement or the relative movement of the piston body, one part of the seal ring is deflected and deformed so as to open a path for interconnecting the inner space and the outside.

Rotary damper

A damper device includes a cylinder body and a piston body. At least one of the cylinder body and the piston body is attached to an article subject to damping so that the damping is applied to a movement or a relative movement of the article subject to the damping. The damper device has a run-through hole formed in an inner recess part of the cylinder body facing the piston body, and a stopper body having a shaft part, which is inserted into the run-through hole. A dimension of insertion of the shaft part of the stopper body into the run-through hole changes by a change of pressure caused by a movement of the piston body.

A rotary damper (D) is constituted by: housings (); a silicon oil () being housed inside the housings (); a rotor () wherein a resistive portion () moving through the silicon oilinside the housings () is provided in an axial portion () which is housed inside the housings () and projects from the housings (); and an O-ring () preventing the silicon oil () from leaking between the axial portion () and the housing (), and multiple arc-like through-bores () are provided in the resistive portion () on a concentric circle, and depressed grooves () communicating with the arc-like through-bores () are provided. Accordingly, during the assembly, the air being mixed into the housing is not allowed to be excessively compressed, so that even if the rotor rotates bi-directionally, the noise being caused by the air being mixed into the housing can be prevented.

A rotary damper includes a driven-to-rotate member having integrally a driven-to-rotate part for coupling to a drive member and a first inner cylindrical wall, the first inner cylindrical wall including a locking part at a bottom end of the first inner cylindrical wall; a fixed support member for holding the driven-to-rotate member so as to rotate freely; a receiving part formed between the fixed support member and the driven-to-rotate member; and a seal member for sealing an outer perimeter of the receiving part so that the driven-to-rotate member and the fixed support member are capable of relative rotation. A viscous fluid is provided inside the receiving part for damping relative rotation between the driven-to-rotate member and the fixed support member.

A rotary damper includes a driven-to-rotate member with a driven-to-rotate part for coupling to a drive member, a fixed support member for holding the driven-to-rotate member so as to rotate freely, a receiving part formed between the fixed support member and the driven-to-rotate member, a seal for sealing an outer perimeter of the receiving part so that the driven-to-rotate member and the fixed support member are capable of relative rotation, and a viscous fluid inside the receiving part for damping the relative rotation between the driven-to-rotate member and the fixed support member. The rotary damper is easy to assemble by virtue of eliminating the accumulation of unwanted air inside the receiving part. Since air does not mix with the viscous fluid, the torque precision can be made constant.

A rotary damper includes a driven rotary member having a driven rotary part for engaging a driving member, and a stationary support member for rotatably supporting the driven rotary member. A housing is disposed between the stationary support member and the driven rotary member, and a viscous fluid is disposed in the housing for damping the driven rotary member when the driven rotary member rotates relative to the stationary support member. A sealing member is disposed on the housing for sealing an outer peripheral edge of the housing so as to allow the driven rotary member to rotate relative to the stationary support member. An opening is formed in the driven rotary member or the stationary support member for communicating a portion of the housing inside the sealing member with atmosphere. The opening is closed when or after the driven rotary member and the stationary support member are assembled.

A rotary damper includes a housing; a viscous fluid filled in the housing; a rotor disposed inside the housing and having a shaft part partially protruding from the housing and a resistance part provided on the shaft part for moving in the viscous fluid inside the housing; and a seal member for sealing between the shaft part and the housing to prevent leakage of the viscous fluid. The rotary damper further includes a first sloping part provided on an upstream side of the rotating resistance part and having a distance relative to an inner surface of the housing gradually decreasing toward a downstream side; and a second sloping part provided on a downstream side of the rotating resistance part and having a distance relative to the inner surface of the housing gradually increasing toward a downstream side.

A damper unit includes a gear having a core member projecting at a shaft core portion thereof and rotatably housed in a case, a string wound around the core member, a rotary damper engaging the gear for damping a rotational force of the gear, and a spring. One end of the spring is fixed to the case and the other end thereof is fixed to the core member so that an elastic force is accumulated when the string is pulled out.
