When a damping force adjustable shock absorber operates in a soft mode, a piston is performing a compression stroke, and a piston speed falls within an ultra low speed range, communication between an upper cylinder chamber and a reservoir is interrupted by an ultra low speed valve provided in a pilot passage. The interruption of communication enables expansion of an oil liquid in the upper cylinder chamber when the piston is performing the compression stroke and the piston speed falls within the ultra low speed range. A differential pressure is generated between an upper cylinder chamber side and a lower cylinder chamber side of a compression-side ultra low speed valve. As a result, when the piston speed falls within the ultra low speed range, the compression-side ultra low speed valve is opened, and a damping force having a valve characteristic achieved by the ultra low speed valve can be generated.

Damping force adjustable shock absorber

Provided is a shock absorber in which a check valve seated on a seat portion (second seat portion) having an annular shape is quickly opened during a reverse stroke. As a result, a working fluid in a chamber on a downstream side can be quickly introduced into a back-pressure chamber. Hence, a delay in response of a damping force, which may be caused by sticking of the check valve to a relief valve, can be suppressed.

The solenoid coil includes a coil having a first end surface and a second end surface on its both ends in an axial direction, a member which is in contact with the first end surface, and has a groove through which the wire material of the coil passes, and an insulating resin formed to coat at least an outer circumferential surface and the second end surface of the coil. The resin with a substantially U-shaped section is continuously coated on at least a part of an inner circumferential surface of the coil via an area from the outer circumferential surface to the second end surface.

It is possible to provide a temperature detection ink, which allows color initialization by a simple method and discolors with addition of time and temperature at a reaction temperature or higher. To solve the problem, the temperature detection ink according to the present invention includes a temperature detection material and a solvent. The temperature detection material has a structure in which a thermosensitive material containing a leuco dye, a color-developing agent, and a decolorant is contained in a microcapsule, or a structure in which a phase containing the thermosensitive material is phase-separated from a matrix material. The thermosensitive material is solidified while being decolored by cooling from a molten state to a glass transition temperature or lower at a predetermined rate or higher. The thermosensitive material has a glass transition temperature of −20 to 60° C., and a melting point that is 60 to 250° C. and lower than the boiling point of the solvent.

A temperature detecting material comprises a first material containing a first temperature indicating material and a second material containing a second temperature indicating material, wherein the first temperature indicating material and the second temperature indicating material contain a leuco dye, a color developing agent, and a decoloring agent, and have a hysteresis characteristic in their color density-temperature curves, wherein the first temperature indicating material has a color developing temperature in a temperature increase process lower than a decoloring temperature in the temperature increase process, and turns to a non-crystalline state and is kept in a decoloring state when cooled down below the color developing temperature in the temperature increase process with a predetermined cooling speed or more after melting, wherein the second temperature indicating material, a color developing temperature is lower than a decoloring temperature in the temperature increase process, and wherein the color developing temperature in the temperature increase process is lower than the decoloring temperature in the temperature increase process and the color developing temperature is lower than the color developing temperature in the temperature increase process.

A damping force adjustable shock absorber in2cludes an electromagnetic damping force adjustment device () having a damping force adjustment valve (), and a solenoid () configured to variably adjust the damping force. The solenoid includes a coil () configured to generate a magnetic force by power supply, a movable iron core () located on an inner peripheral side of the coil, an anchor member () configured to attract the movable iron core. The movable iron core includes a thick cylindrical portion (A) and a taper cylindrical portion (B). The thick cylindrical portion includes a fixation hole (A) in which a shaft portion () is fixed. The taper cylindrical portion has an inner peripheral surface flaring so as to define a taper shape. A recessed portion (A) is formed around the fixation hole. The recessed portion allows hydraulic fluid to flow in an axial direction of the movable iron core.

An object of the present invention is to provide a temperature sensing material that changes a color density continuously with the lapse of time at a temperature not lower or higher than a predetermined temperature and a temperature deviation time estimating system using it. In order to achieve the above object, the temperature sensing material according to the present invention is a temperature sensing material having a structure of dispersing a temperature indicating material that changes color by crystallization in a dispersion medium and is characterized in that an average particle size of the temperature indicating material is not larger than a resolution when observed and a volume fraction of the temperature indicating material to the temperature sensing material is not less than 5% to less than 90%.

In order to solve the above problem, the temperature detection material according to the present invention includes a temperature-indicating material including a leuco dye, a color developer, and a color eraser and a matrix material; and is characterized in that the matrix material is in a solid state, a melting point of the matrix material is higher than a melting point of the temperature-indicating material, and a phase separation structure in which the temperature-indicating material disperses in the matrix material is formed.

The present invention provides a shock absorber capable of improving responsiveness during an extension stroke without leading to an increase in an axial length. A shock absorber includes a chamber provided on a one-side end of a pilot valve and disposed in communication with a cylinder upper chamber, a communication passage configured to establish communication between the chamber and a cylinder lower chamber via a compression-side passage, and a check valve configured to permit hydraulic fluid in the communication passage to flow into the cylinder lower chamber during an extension stroke.
