An electric razor reduces damage to the skin during shaving. The electric razor includes a head portion that holds a comb-shaped outer blade and mesh-shaped outer blades each of which extends in a first direction so as to be movable in a second direction intersecting the first direction, comb blade urging members that urge the comb-shaped outer blade in the second direction, mesh blade urging members that urge the mesh-shaped outer blades in the second direction, and an engaging mechanism that, when the mesh-shaped outer blades are moved toward a unit base against urging force of the mesh blade urging members, moves the comb-shaped outer blade in a state where the comb-shaped outer blade does not protrude from the mesh-shaped outer blades with respect to the unit base.

Blade unit and electric razor

A comb-shaped outer blade that scoops up body hair while suppressing the damage to the skin. The comb-shaped outer blade includes a base part that has a rod shape and extends in a first direction, a comb-blade attachment part that has a plate shape and extends in the first direction and a second direction, open blade parts each of which has a cantilever shape and protrudes from base part in a third direction, and bent blade parts arranged alternately with the open blade parts in the first direction, the bent blade parts connecting the base part to the attachment part. Each of the bent blade parts includes a protruding part that protrudes from the base part along the third direction, bent part that is connected to a distal end of the protruding part, and connecting part that connects bent part and comb-blade attachment part in an inclined state.

Comb-shaped outer blade, blade unit, and electric razor

The present disclosure provides an electric razor that can further suppress irritation to a skin. An electric razor of the present disclosure includes a body configured to be gripped by a user, a head having three or more blade blocks, and a head support connecting the head and the body to each other. The head support supports the head in a floatable-and-sinkable way with respect to the body. The head includes a case that supports the three or more blade blocks, and a blade float that allows each of the three or more blade blocks to float and sink with respect to the case. A first urging force with which the head support urges the head in a floating direction is larger than a second urging force with which the blade float urges the plurality of blade blocks which are one or more less than three or more blade blocks in a floating direction. The first urging force is smaller than a third urging force with which the blade float urges all of the three or more blade blocks in the floating direction.

Electric razor

The present disclosure provides an electric razor in which a support frame that supports an outer blade and an inner blade, which constitute a block, can be smoothly removed. An electric razor according to the present disclosure includes a main body gripped by a user and a head having a blade block including an outer blade (that is, a slit blade, a mesh blade) and an inner blade disposed inside the outer blade and sliding with respect to the outer blade. The head includes a base, a support frame that supports the blade block so as to be able to float and sink, a case held by the support frame, a hook that locks the support frame or the case to the base, and at least one push-up member that urges the support frame in a direction away from the base.

A slit blade block is provided with a slit outer blade, a comb component, and an outer blade connector to which the slit outer blade is fixed. The comb component is sandwiched between and held by the slit outer blade and the outer blade connector when the slit outer blade is fixed to the slit connector.

Each comb tooth has a leading end surface, and a protruding part protruding in a direction away from the outer blade pieces. An electromotive unit includes a linear motor, a motor case containing the linear motor, a movable element connected with the linear motor and reciprocatingly driven with respect to the motor case, and a sealing material sealing the gap between the movable element and the opening of the motor case. The sealing material includes a contact portion contacting the movable element; and a recessed portion formed around contact portion, having a ring-shaped groove facing the outside of the motor case, and elastically deformable according to reciprocating movement of the movable element. Electric shaver

A support arm that is rockably supported on one end of a grip portion and projects from the one end is provided. Both ends of a blade head are supported by the support arm such that the blade head can rock around an axis extending along a reciprocating direction of an inner blade, and an axial direction of the rocking motion of the support arm with respect to the grip portion is set in a direction intersecting with the reciprocating direction of the inner blade. An inner cutter of an electric shaver that cuts hairs by sliding along an inner surface of an outer cutter includes a base portion that is connected to a driving unit, a plurality of cutting pieces that are formed in a U-shape and whose both ends in the longitudinal direction are fixed to the base portion, and a plate member whose one end is fixed to the base portion and the other end is connected to the cutting piece. The plate member is elastically deformed corresponding to elastic deformation of the cutting piece.

Inner cutter of electric shaver and reciprocating electric shaver

A dry shaver has an elongated shaving head with a lengthwise axis. The shaving head carries semi-cylindrical first and second outer cutters disposed on its opposite width ends, and a semi-cylindrical finishing cutter and a slit cutter interposed between the first and second outer cutters. The finishing cutter has a finishing foil which is deeply curved than a foil of the first and second outer cutters into an arcuate contour having a width less than that of the first and second outer cutters. The finishing foil disposed behind the first outer cutter comes into contact with a users skin to make closer shaving than the first and second cutters. A skin guard project between the first outer cutter and the finishing cutter to protect the skin from being pressed excessively to a side of the finishing foil when moving the shaving head across a user' skin with the first outer cutter leading in a moving direction, thereby reducing skin irritation.

An electric shaver includes net-shaped outer blades; and inner blades sliding reciprocally over an inner side of the outer blades as detachably connected with driving units driven by a motor. Each of the inner blades includes a blade plate having an inversed-like-U shape seen from a longitudinal direction in parallel with a reciprocating sliding direction; and a blade holder having attaching portions to be attached to the blade plate in longitudinally defined end regions, wherein connection portions to be detachably connected with the driving units are provided at the blade holder in a longitudinally defined center region, and, when dissembling the blade holder from the driving units, anti-detach portions are provided to thereby prevent separation of the blade holder in the longitudinally defined center region from the blade plate in the longitudinally defined center region due to a tensile load between the connection portions and the driving units.
