The present invention maintains sealing of the housing over a long period of time. A multiple-optical-axis photoelectric sensor () includes a light projector () and a light receiver () whose external forms are each formed by a housing () including an outer case () constituted by a main body case () and a first cap member (), a light-transmitting plate (), a first pressing member (A), second pressing members (B), a first adhesive tape (A), and second adhesive tapes (B). The first cap member () has a supporting part () provided on its inner side, and an elastic member () is provided between the second pressing member (B) and a portion of the light-transmitting plate () supported by the supporting part (). The light-transmitting plate () is pressed toward the first cap member () via the elastic member ().

Multi optical axis sensor

The present invention achieves a multiple-optical-axis photoelectric sensor which can be assembled with reduced effort. A multiple-optical-axis photoelectric sensor () includes a light projector () and a light receiver () each having an outer shape defined by a housing () including: an outer case (); a light-transmitting plate (); and a pressing member (). Supporting parts () are provided at respective inner surfaces of side plates of the outer case. Extending parts () are provided at end parts of the corresponding side plates. The pressing member is configured to press the light-transmitting plate against the supporting parts by being attached to the respective extending parts.

Multiple-optical-axis photoelectric sensor

A socket includes a socket body having a mounting part, and a holding lever supported on the mounting part to hold a relay mounted at a mounting position of the mounting part. The holding lever includes a support, and a stopper provided on the support and movable between a restriction position at which movement of the relay, positioned at the mounting position, in a removing direction is restricted and a restriction release position at which the restriction of the movement of the relay in the removing direction is released. The holding lever is supported on the mounting part to be movable between a retreat position at which a relay can be mounted and removed and a holding position at which a relay positioned at the mounting position can be held when the stopper is positioned at the restriction position such that the stopper covers a center-of-gravity position of the relay.

A door switch includes a casing, a cam, the cam being caused to operate by manipulation of a manipulation key, and a detection unit for detecting an operating state of the cam. The casing houses at least a part of the cam and the detection unit. The cam is configured to be caused to operated by insert manipulation of inserting the manipulation key into the casing when the manipulation key has a shape adapted to a shape of the cam, and not to be caused to operate by the insert manipulation when the manipulation key does not have a shape adapted to the shape of the cam. The door switch can be adapted to Category 2 of ISO 13849-1.

Switches for a variety of circuits for different purposes are formed by using a plurality of similarly designed contact modules each having a module case incorporating a normally closed or normally open contact mechanism and a plunger for operating this contact mechanism, a single actuator having two end parts and being biased so as to rotate around a supporting axis between these contact modules, this actuator undergoing a rotary motion if a force is applied to one of its end parts so as to operate the plunger of an associated one of the contact modules with at least one of the end parts, a switch case that contains the contact modules and the actuator, and a push button for applying a force on one of the end parts of the actuator from outside the switch case.

A key switch has a switch part and an operating part. The switch part is activated to switch contact points as an operating key is inserted. The operating part includes a driver cam that rotates as it is pushed by the operating key and to activate the switch part and a plurality of lock cams configured to directly lock the driver cam in a normal condition when the operating key is pulled out of the operating part and to rotate as it is pushed by the operating key so as to release the driver cam from its locked condition. The key switch may further include lock cam holder for holding the lock cams in the normal condition when the operating key is pulled out.

In order to perform maintenance of a working robot, a worker pulls a handle of a slider and moves the slider backward to thereby withdraw a slider fitting portion from a fitting hole portion and withdraw an actuator from an operating portion of a door switch. In this case, a key inserted into a key hole of a lock is rotated through 90&#xb0; to vertically orient an interference protruding portion to thereby prevent fitting of the slider fitting portion into the fitting hole portion. Only in this state, the key can be withdrawn from the key hole of the lock.

Safety switch

Respective movable contacts of first and second switches are formed on branch portions of a single, resilient movable piece. Pressing portions of a manipulation shaft which is in link motion with a manipulation, lever push the branch portions of the movable piece at different manipulation positions, whereby the movable contacts are sequentially brought into contact with respective fixed contacts.
