There are provided an aqueous solution for separation of a dark ceramics sintered body, which can easily collect in a recyclable condition a glass from a glass with a dark ceramics sintered body, and a separating method therefor, and an aqueous solution for separation with which a dark ceramics sintered body, a conductive ceramics sintered body and a glass are separately collected from a glass with a dark ceramics sintered body formed with the dark ceramics sintered body and the conductive ceramics sintered body, and a separating method therefor. Separating method for dark ceramics sintered body

An electrode plate () for storage batteries is immersed into an aqueous solution () containing phosphoric acid, an ethoxy alcohol, ammonium bifluoride, sulfonic acid and sodium xylenesulfonate, and the aqueous solution () is stirred by a screw stirrer (). The aqueous solution () is kept at about 30&#xb0; C. by a heater (), and the active material of the electrode () is separated therefrom. The aqueous solution () contains the respective solutes in the following mass ratios: 15-20 parts by mass of the phosphoric acid; 3-7 parts by mass of the ethoxy alcohol; 2-6 parts by mass of the ammonium bifluoride; 4-8 parts by mass of the sulfonic acid; and 1-3 parts by mass of the sodium xylenesulfonate.

Separating method for conductive ceramics sintered body

There are provided an interlayer film separation solution and an interlayer film separation method capable of separating an interlayer film and a glass for a short period of time and collecting the separated interlayer film in a recyclable condition. An interlayer film separation solutionhaving etching ability for a glass is introduced into a container, and the introduced interlayer film separation solutionwas controlled to a temperature of 30 to 60&#xb0; C., and a laminated glasswith glass platescrushed is introduced into a barrelfrom a lid portion, and simultaneously,tometal piecesare, introduced into the barrelfrom the lid portionin order to easily separate the laminated glassinto the glass platesand an interlayer film. The barrelcontaining the laminated glassand the metal piecesintroduced thereinto is rotated at a predetermined rotational speed.

Interlayer film separation method

A method for partially treating a water-repellent glass sheet is disclosed which comprises irradiating part of a water-repellent glass film, formed on the water-repellent glass sheet, with a stream of plasma jets generated by a plasma jet irradiating gun. By such plasma jet irradiation, the film part can be removed easily even when the glass sheet has a curved surface. A water-repellent glass sheet with the film part removed is also disclosed.

Method for partially treating a water-repellent glass sheet

A roll-forming unit of a curved glass manufacturing apparatus includes a cooperating pair of upper and lower forming roll mechanisms. Each mechanism includes a forming roll having a resilient rod covered with a cover member except opposite end portions thereof, a pair of support members rotatably supporting the opposite end portions of the resilient rod while allowing the resilient rod to tilt about said support members, a bending unit coupled with at least one of the opposite end portions of the resilient rod for applying to the one end portion an external force tending to flex the forming roll into either an upwardly arched configuration or a downwardly arched configuration, and at least one backup roller unit being in rolling engagement with the forming roll to maintain the arched configuration of the forming roll. The roll-forming unit of the foregoing construction is able to bend a heated flat glass sheet into a desired curvature without producing a slip between forming rolls and the glass sheet and is readily adaptable to the manufacture of various batches of curved glass sheets of different curvatures. A conveyor roll mechanism particularly suitable for use in combination with the roll-forming unit is also disclosed.
