A rotational angle detecting device may include a flat face part formed on a detected object, and a permanent magnet having a magnetic pole face facing the flat face part. The device may also include a pair of first yokes arranged in line symmetry along a magnetization direction and project in parallel with a rotational axis of the detected object from the permanent magnet, and a second yoke spaced from projecting ends of the first yokes to face a face of the permanent magnet, the first yokes projecting from the face. The device may further include a magnetic detection element having a magnetic sensitive part positioned in a detection point corresponding to each of the first yokes, and may be configured to detect magnetic flux densities in directions parallel with the rotational axis and a magnetic flux density in a direction perpendicular to the rotational axis and the reference line.

Rotational angle detecting device and angle sensor unit used therein

A proximity sensor with high accuracy without being subject to an influence due to magnet variations is disclosed. A first yoke is insert-molded in an intermediate position between N and S poles of a magnet, and a projecting portion of the first yoke projects from a wall face of the magnet vertically to a magnetic pole face. A protruding portion of a second yoke opposes the projecting portion to arrange a main body portion in parallel with the wall face of the magnet, and a hall IC having a direction of connecting the projecting portion and the protruding portion as a magnetic responsive direction is arranged in a space between the projecting portion and the protruding portion.

Proximity sensor

There is provided a non-contact rotational detecting sensor comprising a ring-shaped permanent magnet which rotates integrally with a detection object of a rotational angle and of which a magnetic pole changes along the circumferential direction, a ring-shaped inside magnetic flux collecting yoke for surrounding an outer peripheral surface of the ring-shaped permanent magnet in a constant gap, a ring-shaped outside magnetic flux collecting yoke for surrounding an outer peripheral surface of the ring-shaped inside magnetic flux collecting yoke in a constant gap, and a hole IC arranged in a gap formed in the ring-shaped inside magnetic flux collecting yoke, wherein an axial height of the ring-shaped inside magnetic flux collecting yoke is changed along a circumferential direction of the ring-shaped inside magnetic flux collecting yoke.

Non-contact rotational angle detecting sensor

A stationary yoke surrounds an outer peripheral surface of a ring-shaped permanent magnet in a certain distance. The ring-shaped permanent magnet is fixed to a rotor and has two poles of N, S poles in a diameter direction. The stationary yoke includes a first outside yoke and a second outside yoke overlapped in an axial direction and a hole element is disposed in a gap of the first outside yoke. An axial height of the first outside yoke changes along the circumferential direction and a height of the second outside yoke has a complementary relation with the height of the first outside yoke, and the first outside yoke and the second outside yoke are overlapped in a certain clearance. A ratio of an amount of the magnetic flux passing through the gap to an amount of the magnetic flux not passing through the gap changes with rotation of the ring-shaped permanent magnet and further, the change of the height causes a change in the magnetic flux amount flowing in the first outside yoke, thereby improving linearity of an output of a hole element.

Non-contact rotation angle detecting sensor

A sliding switch contact structure that has a movable contact and a fixed contact which are formed of a stainless steel, an Fe--Ni alloy, an Fe--Ni--Co alloy, or an Fe--Ni--Cr alloy. With such structure, a contact material is provided that is usable in a slide switch operating in high temperature oil contained within a transmission, an engine or a brake hydraulic system of an automotive vehicle.

Sliding switch contact structure

A unit structure for a hazard switch used for automobiles. A knob (1) is mounted at a position adjacent to the driver's seat, the knob (1) has a moving block (2) at the rear position of the knob (1). A flasher unit (50) is disposed at the terminal block (B) of the hazard switch (4). The terminal block (B) is composed of a first terminal block (B1) and a second terminal block (B2) mechanically coupled to the first terminal block (B1). Upon an upper surface of the second terminal block (B2), there are mounted electric parts of a discrete type, such as a flasher relay (Ry), a shunt resister (R), electrolytic condensers (C1) and (C2), a jumper wire, and the like. The unit structure of the invention reduces the number of intermediate harnesses, terminals fabrication processes, and parts, and minimizes the size of the hazard switch per se and the current by changing the electric circuit and switch.

Unit structure for hazard switch

A yeast strain with high power to produce alcohol by fermentation is produced by a method comprising directly conjugating the haploid of the strain No. 909-1 with each tetrad of the ascospores of the strain No. 180 by spore-to-cell mating, acclimating the resultant zygote in the medium of waste after alcohol fermentation, and acclimating the surviving cells of the zygote in the medium of the beet molasses containing 2-deoxyglucose. The yeast strain produced is designated as Strain M-9 (FERM BP 1481) of genus Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Alcohol is produced by culturing the Strain M-9 in a medium of beet molasses.
