A silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material for use in preparing a color proof image from a halftone image information is provided, comprising a support having thereon blue-sensitive, green-sensitive and red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layers, in which at least one of the silver halide emulsion layers comprises silver halide grains having a silver chloride content of not less than 80 mol % and of which the reflection densities, when unprocessed, at wavelengths of 450, 550 and 700 nm each are not less than 0.8.

Disclosed is a silver halide photographic light-sensitive material comprising a base paper support coated with a hydrophilic polymer as a peeling agent, and having thereon, a polyolefin resin layer, and at least one silver halide emulsion layer, wherein the hydrophilic polymer is coated on the side on which the silver halide emulsion layer is provided, and a peel strength between the base paper support and the polyolefin resin layer is within the range of 30 to 160 g in weight per inch, and a maximum color transmission density is not less than 2.0 when the silver halide light-sensitive material is subjected to a color developing.

Light-sensitive silver halide color photographic material

A method of processing a silver halide light-sensitive photographic material in which a replenishing amount of a color developer is not more than 1000 ml/m.sup.2 and the material contains a coupler represented by formula I: ##STR1## The processing method of the invention can provides effects that even when treated with processing solution of low replenishing amount, a sensitive material suppresses deterioration in whiteness of non-image area and reproduces yellow close to that of a printing ink.

Method for processing a light-sensitive silver halide photographic

A photosensitive silver halide photographic material having a support and provided thereon, photographic component layers including at least one silver halide emulsion layer is disclosed. At least one silver halide emulsion layer comprises silver halide grains having silver chloride content of not less than 90 mol %; at least one of the photographic component layers comprises a specific dye excellent in decolorization and capable of improving sharpness; at least one silver halide emulsion layer comprises a mercapto compound for improving aging stability of silver halide emulsions; a photographic component layer is hardened with cyanuric chloride series hardeners for improving fog.

Photosensitive silver halide photographic material

A silver halide photographic light-sensitive material comprising a support having thereon a photographic silver halide emulsion layer containing a magenta coupler, a photographic silver halide emulsion layer containing a yellow coupler, a photographic silver halide emulsion layer containing a cyan coupler and an non-light-sensitive layer containing a binder and a UV absorbent, wherein said silver halide photographic light-sensitive material has not more than 7.6 g/m.sup.2 of gelatin, said UV absorbent is liquid at an ordinary temperature, and said magenta coupler is a compound represented by Formula I; ##STR1## wherein Z represents a non-metallic group necessary to form a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring, X represents a hydrogen atom or a group capable of being split upon reaction with an oxidation product of a color developing agent, and R represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent.

A silver halide photographic material comprising a silver halide emulsion layer containing (1) a pyrazoloazole magenta coupler, (2) an anti-color-fading agent having an oxidation potential (Eox) of 0.95(V)&lt;Eox&lt;1.50(V) and (3) a hydroquinone derivative.

Light sensitive silver halide photographic material

There is provided a silver halide photographic light-sensitive material comprising a support and photographic layers containing at least one silver halide emulsion layer thereon. At least one silver halide emulsion layer contains a silver halide grains having a silver chloride content of not less than 90 mol % and silver bromide content of not less than 0.05 mol % and at least one photographic layer contains a specific oxanol dye. The silver halide photographic light-sensitive material is suitable for rapid processing and excellent in image-sharpness.

A silver halide color photographic light sensitive material and a image forming method using the photographic material. The photographic material comprises a support having thereon a silver halide emulsion layer containing silver halide grains having a silver chloride content of not less than 90 mol %, a cyan coupler represented by the following formula C-1 and a nitrogen-containing hetero-cyclic mercapto compound. ##STR1## The photographic material is developed with a color developer substantially not containing benzyl alcohol for a time not more than 2 minutes 30 seconds. An color image having preferable light-absorption characteristics and a high maximum density is obtained. The photographic material is also excellent in storage stability.

High silver halide chloride content color photographic light-sensitive

An image forming method suitable for forming a color proof is disclosed. The method comprises (1) a step for exposing a silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material, which is comprised of a support having thereon photographic component layers including a yellow image-forming blue-sensitive, a magenta image forming green-sensitive and a cyan image-forming red-sensitive emulsion layer, to light through a transparent black-and-white halftone image and (2) a step for processing the exposed light-sensitive material to form a color image, wherein the photographic component layers contain a yellow water-soluble dye, a magenta water-soluble dye and a cyan water-soluble dyes and reflective densities of the silver halide color photographic material measured with light of 450 nm, 550 nm and 700 nm are each not less than 0.8, and toe portion gradations of characteristic curves of yellow, magenta and cyan images formed in the light-sensitive material by the processing are each not less than 1.7, and the toe portion gradations of the yellow, magnet and cyan image have the following relation:

Method for forming a color proof having a specified toe gradation

A silver halide photographic light-sensitive material having a support, a silver halide emulsion layer provided on one side of the support, and a backing layer provided on the other side of the support is disclosed. Said support is transparent, and the transmittances of the support, the support plus the backing layer, and the silver halide photographic light-sensitive material in 450 nm, 550 nm and 700 nm satisfy the following equations;

A silver halide photographic light-sensitive material having a support, provided thereon a silver halide emulsion layer, and a backing layer provided on a reverse side of said silver halide emulsion layer is disclosed. Said support is of white color polyester or comprises a layer containing a white pigment and provided on a side of the silver halide emulsion layer; and the transmittances of the support, the support plus the backing layer, and the silver halide photographic light-sensitive material in 450 nm, 550 nm and 700 nm satisfy the following equations;

A silver halide photographic light-sensitive material having, upon a substrate, a blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, a green-sensitive emulsion layer and a red-sensitive emulsion layer. The silver halide grains contained in the blue-sensitive emulsion layer is optically sensitized for maximum spectral sensitivity in the wavelength region of 450 to 500 nm, and at least one emulsion layer other than the blue-sensitive layer contains a magenta coupler represented by the following formula, the substituents of which are defined within the Specification. ##STR1## Photographic materials thus formed have both an increased blue and green sensitivity.
