A touch substrate manufactured by three-dimensional printing and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The method for manufacturing the touch substrate works together with a three-dimensional printer. The three-dimensional printer includes a first nozzle, a second nozzle, and a light source. The method includes the steps of: jetting a photocuring material by the first nozzle and exposing the photocuring material to the light source to form a base layer; jetting a conductive material on the base layer by the second nozzle and exposing the conductive material to the light source to form a touch electrode layer; and jetting the photocuring material on the base layer and the touch electrode layer by the first nozzle and exposing the photocuring material to the light source to form a protective layer. The touch electrode layer is embedded between the base layer and the protective layer.

Touch substrate manufactured by three-dimensional printing and method for manufacturing the same

A touch module and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The touch module includes a substrate, at least one first touch electrode, and at least one second touch electrode. The first touch electrode is embedded into the substrate. The second touch electrode is embedded into the substrate. A height of the first touch electrode relative to a first surface of the substrate is different from a height of the second touch electrode relative to the first surface of the substrate, such that the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode are insulated from each other.

Disclosed is a conductor pattern structure of a capacitive touch panel. First-axis conductor assemblies and second-axis conductor assemblies are formed on a surface of a substrate. Each first-axis conductor assembly includes a plurality of first-axis conductor cells that are interconnected by first-axis conduction lines. Each second-axis conductor assembly includes a plurality of second-axis conductor cells that are interconnected by second-axis conduction lines. At least part of each first-axis conduction lines is conductive in horizontal direction and insulating in vertical direction and each of the second-axis conduction lines respectively intersects with the at least part of corresponding first-axis conduction lines.

An adaptive non-contact testing method is provided for testing a touch panel, wherein an air nozzle generates an air jet toward a selected position on a touch panel under testing to cause the touch panel to generate a touch signal. A testing system receives the touch signal generated by the touch panel and compares the received touch signal with a preset touch-signal reference level. When the received touch signal is smaller than the preset touch-signal reference level, the height distance between the air nozzle and the touch panel is reduced or the pressure of the air jet from the air nozzle is varied to realize adaptive testing of the touch panel.
