An antenna module includes a dielectric substrate and a radiating element disposed on the dielectric substrate. The dielectric substrate includes first and second flat portions with different normal directions, and a bending portion that connects the first flat portion and the second flat portion. The bending portion has a bending region having a curvature. The first and second flat portions have a straight region having no curvature. The radiating element is disposed in the first flat portion. In a Raman spectrum obtained by Raman scattering spectroscopic analysis of a cross section of the dielectric substrate, a wave number difference indicating a difference between a wave number which is a mode value in the straight region and a wave number which is a mode value in the bending region is 0.1 cmor more.

An antenna module, comprising: a first radiating element having a flat plate shape; a second radiating element having a flat plate-shape, disposed at a position different from a position of the first radiating element in a direction normal to the first radiating element, and having a resonant frequency different from a resonant frequency of the first radiating element; and a first feed line extending from a feed circuit, passing through the second radiating element, and configured to transmit a radio frequency signal to the first radiating element, wherein the first feed line includes, at a position different from a position of the second radiating element in a path from the feed circuit to the first radiating element, a shift region extending in a direction orthogonal to the direction normal to the first radiating element.

An antenna substrate includes a flat section where a radiating element is disposed, a flexible section disposed adjacent to the flat section, a first electrical conductor having one end portion connected to the radiating element inside the flat section, and a second electrical conductor having one end portion connected to the other end portion of the electrical conductor inside the flexible section. The average or median grain size in the extension direction of the first electrical conductor is larger than the average or median grain size in the extension direction of the second electrical conductor, and the average or median aspect ratio of the electrical conductor is larger than the average or median aspect ratio of the electrical conductor.
