A method for visualizing neurons is provided. The method comprises a staining step and a visualizing step. The staining step comprises following steps: placing a neural tissue sample in an acrolein solution in the dark for fixation; placing the fixed neural tissue sample in a Golgi-Cox solution in the dark; replacing the Golgi-Cox solution; incubating the neural tissue sample placed in the replaced Golgi-Cox solution at a range of 36&#xb0; C. to 38&#xb0; C.; gradiently dehydrating the neural tissue sample; and embedding the dehydrated neural tissue sample with Petropoxy 154 resin. The visualizing step comprises: performing data acquisition and image reconstruction on the neural tissue sample using X-ray microscopy.

Method for visualizing neurons

The present disclosure provides a method for imaging a compound contained by a lipid vesicle in water. The method comprises the following steps of: (a) providing an aqueous sample comprising the lipid vesicle which contains the compound, wherein the aqueous sample further comprises ammonium sulphate ((NH)SO); (b) illuminating the aqueous sample with an X-ray free-electron laser (X-FEL); (c) with an image sensor, collecting a plurality of coherent diffraction image patterns of the aqueous sample being illuminated; and (d) reconstructing the coherent diffraction image patterns with a computer such that an image of the lipid vesicle containing the compound is acquired. A method for examining a quality of a chemical drug contained by a liposome in water is also provided.

The present invention relates to use of osthole for manufacturing a composition for treating focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). Particularly, the present invention discloses that osthole is effective in treating focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), which can alleviate various symptoms and signs of FSGS, including proteinuria, renal fibrosis, glomerular epithelial hyperplasia lesion (EPHL), and macrophage/lymphocyte infiltration in the kidney, etc.
