A method for coating a substrate includes the steps of: forming a conductive coating layer on a surface of a substrate so as to form a semi-product; submerging a conductive sheet and the semi-product into an electrophoresis medium that includes charged colloid particles; and applying a voltage on the conductive sheet or the semi-product to form an electric field among the conductive sheet, the semi-product, and the electrophoresis medium, so that the colloid particles move along the electric field toward the semi-product and an electrophoretic covering layer formed by the charged colloid particles is thus deposited on the electrophoretic covering layer.

Method for coating a substrate

Covers for touch-sensing devices include a shielding layer; and a substrate, in which the substrate covers the shielding layer, and the substrate and the shielding layer are integrated and form a coplanar surface. The coplanar surface is a smooth surface, which has a surface roughness Ra in a range from about 0.05 &#x3bc;m to about 0.5 &#x3bc;m.

Touch-sensing cover and manufacturing method thereof

A touch substrate manufactured by three-dimensional printing and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The method for manufacturing the touch substrate works together with a three-dimensional printer. The three-dimensional printer includes a first nozzle, a second nozzle, and a light source. The method includes the steps of: jetting a photocuring material by the first nozzle and exposing the photocuring material to the light source to form a base layer; jetting a conductive material on the base layer by the second nozzle and exposing the conductive material to the light source to form a touch electrode layer; and jetting the photocuring material on the base layer and the touch electrode layer by the first nozzle and exposing the photocuring material to the light source to form a protective layer. The touch electrode layer is embedded between the base layer and the protective layer.

Touch substrate manufactured by three-dimensional printing and method for manufacturing the same

The present disclosure provides a method of forming a nanoscale conductive film. The method comprises providing a nanoscale base film, forming a first patterned insulating layer on the nanoscale base film, and etching the nanoscale base film in a current generation system, using the first patterned insulating layer as a mask. The nanoscale base film includes a substrate, a first overcoat on one side of the substrate, and a first nano material layer laminated between the substrate and the first overcoat. The first patterned insulating layer is formed on the first overcoat, exposing portions of the first overcoat. In the first nano material layer, first regions are masked by the first insulating layer and second regions are not masked by the first insulating layer. The first regions and the second regions are electrically isolated from each other after etching the nanoscale base film in the current generation system.
