A method for controlling a direct drive transmission system and related devices. The method includes: S: starting direct drive transmission system for overall zero returning; S: reading a zero signal of the first incremental position feedback means identified by a corresponding second incremental position feedback means; S: determining whether any actuator reads two zero signals; if yes, performing step S; otherwise, returning to step S; S: determining according to a distance between two zero signals fed back by the actuator that the corresponding mover has completed zero returning, and further completing zero returning of the direct drive transmission system; and S: acquiring, by the controller based on the direct drive transmission system after zero returning, position information of the movers, and driving the movers to move. Compared with the related art, the present disclosure has good position feedback effect, high positioning accuracy, and good drive control effect.

Method for controlling direct drive transmission system and related device

The present disclosure provides direct drive system, belongs to drive systems field. The direct drive system includes: base and slide spaced from the base, the base being provided with stator assembly, slide being provided with rotor assembly; rotor assembly including a first magnetic conductor and a plurality of magnets arranged on the first magnetic conductor; the stator assembly including second magnetic conductors and windings spaced on second magnetic conductors, windings being arranged opposite magnets, and magnetic field generated by windings covering magnets to generate electromagnetic thrust with magnet to drive the slide to move along sliding direction. The second position feedback units is configured to read position information of the first position feedback units and read the marking signal. The linear driving apparatus in the present disclosure can simplify a manner of identifying the rotor without additional sensors, thereby reducing costs.

The device includes a case; a camera lens fixed to the case; a sound generator attached to the case for producing sounds; and a central process unit and a circuit system for providing controlling current to the camera lens. The linear motor includes a housing; a vibrating assembly arranged in the housing, the vibrating assembly including a weight and a plurality of coils connecting with the weight; a magnet assembly connecting with the housing, the magnet assembly including a main magnet and a side magnet; and an elastic connecting piece supporting the vibrating assembly in the housing elastically. The coils are arranged around the main magnet; and the side magnet is arranged adjacent to peripheries of the coils.

A linear vibration motor is disclosed. A linear vibration motor includes a housing with an accommodation space, a main magnetic circuit system accommodated in the housing, and a plurality of elastic components each including a first elastic component and a second elastic component separated and opposite to each other. The first elastic component and the second elastic component are electrically connected with an exterior circuit. The motor further includes a vibration module suspended by the elastic components and including a weight connected to the elastic components and a voice coil connected to the elastic components. The voice coil is disposed around the main magnetic circuit system and comprises an inlet terminal electrically connected with the first elastic component and an outlet terminal electrically connected with the second elastic component.

A linear motor includes a housing; a vibrating assembly arranged in the housing, the vibrating assembly including coils, a weight and a connecting piece connecting the coils with the weight; a magnet assembly connecting with the housing, the magnet assembly including a first magnet group and a second magnet group; a magnetic gap formed between the first magnet group and the second magnet group for at least partially receiving the coils; and an elastic connecting piece supporting the vibrating assembly in the housing elastically. The first magnet group and the second magnet group comprise at least one pair of magnets which are arranged oppositely to each other and have opposite magnetizing directions; and magnetizing directions of the magnets at the corresponding locations in the first magnet group and the second magnet group are the same.
