Provided are a method for producing a cell tissue, including a culturing step of culturing cells capable of serving as a feeder inside opening pores and communicating pores of a porous film having a plurality of the opening pores provided on a surface thereof and the communicating pores communicating mutually adjacent opening pores with one another; and a porous film including a plurality of opening pores provided on a surface thereof and communicating pores communicating mutually adjacent opening pores with one another.

A culture container has a first inflow port and a first outflow port. The first flow path connects the first outflow port to the first inflow port. A storage container is provided within the first flow path and has a second inflow port which is connected to the first outflow port and a second outflow port which is connected to the first inflow port. A second flow path connects a first region within the first flow path, and a second region within the first flow path. A division processing portion is provided within the second flow path, performs a division process of dividing a cell aggregation flowing in from the first flow path, and allows the cells subjected to the division process to flow out into the first flow path via the second region. A medium supply portion supplies a medium to the inside of the first flow path.

An electrochromic dimming device is provided. The electrochromic dimming device includes an electrochromic element, a color development power source, a color discharge powder source, and a variable resistance. The color development power source supplies electric power to the electrochromic element when the electrochromic element develops color. The color discharge powder source supplies electric power to the electrochromic element when the electrochromic element discharges color. The variable resistance is disposed on a first current path without being disposed on a second current path. The first current path is formed from the color development power source through a ground via the electrochromic element, and the second current path is formed from the color discharge power source to the ground via the electrochromic element.

To provide an electrochromic device including: a support; a first electrode formed on the support; a second electrode facing the first electrode, where through-holes are formed in the second electrode; an electrochromic layer disposed in a space between the first electrode and the second electrode; a first electrolyte layer disposed in the space between the first electrode and the second electrode; a second electrolyte layer disposed to communicate with the first electrolyte layer through the through-holes; an inorganic protective layer, which is disposed on a surface of the second electrolyte layer not facing the second electrode, and is configured to shield oxygen and water vapor; and an organic protective layer disposed on a surface of the inorganic protective layer that does not face the second electrolyte layer.
