A method of forming a film on a component includes providing a curing device. The curing device includes a grooved receiving die, a suction device, and a UV curing system. The suction device vacuum-lifts the component into the groove and a gap between the component and the groove is thus created. A vacuum is created in the gap and a UV curing glue is injected into the gap, the UV curing glue being selected from a monomer, an oligomer, and a photoinitiator. The UV curing glue is cured by the UV curing system and the component with a cured film is easily demolded.

Method of forming film for a component

A coating system includes a coating device, a suction device, and a conveyor system. The coating device includes a first holding device including a first surface, a second holding device including a recess and opposite to the first holding device, an o-ring positioned on the first surface. The first holding device couples to the second holding device and a component is held on the first surface. A forming cavity is surrounded by the component, the recess, and the o-ring. Glue is injected into the forming cavity and is formed films over the component.

Coating device and coating system

A device for applying a coating on a component where the component includes an inner surface, an outer surface, and end surfaces. The coating device includes a supporting pedestal, a UV light-transparent cover plate, a first pumping device, and an injecting device. The supporting pedestal is configured for holding the inner surface of the component, the end surfaces and the outer surface are exposed in the forming cavity. A through hole is defined in the center of the pedestal and a forming cavity is defined between the cover plate and the component when the cover plate is placed and secured on the pedestal. The first pumping device applies suction to the through hole to hold the component on the pedestal and the injecting device injects UV light-curable coating material in liquid form into the forming cavity.

Device to apply coatings

A method of coating a workpiece is provided. In the method, a coating device is provided. The coating device includes a transparent covering plate and an ultraviolet light source device. The workpiece is placed in the coating device. Coating material is injected into the coating device to coat the workpiece. The coating material is ultraviolet light curable material. The ultraviolet light source device emits ultraviolet light and the ultraviolet light passes through the transparent covering plate to cure the coating material on the workpiece. The workpiece is taken out of the coating device.

Method of coating workpieces

A backlight fixing device includes a base plate, a first slidable unit and a second slidable unit. The base plate includes an L-shaped bar formed on an upper surface of the base plate protruding from edges of two adjacent sides of the base plate. A first guiding groove and a second guiding groove are defined in the upper surface of the base plate and extended perpendicularly from the other two adjacent sides of the base plate towards a central area of the base plate correspondingly. The first slidable unit is movably attached to base plate to be movable along the first guiding groove. The second slidable unit is movably attached to base plate to be movable along the second guiding groove. The first slidable unit, the second slidable unit and the L-shaped bar form a receiving space for accommodating a backlight module.

Backlight fixing device with adjustable test angle

A light guide plate mold includes a female mold, a male mold mounted on and cooperating with the female mold, and an adjusting assembly. The male mold includes a first mounting surface and an opposite second mounting surface. The first mounting surface defines two mold cavities and a flow slot communicating with the two mold cavities. The second mounting surface defines a plurality of mounting holes extending through the opposite first mounting surface. The adjusting assembly includes a plurality of adjusting members. The adjusting members are adjustably assembled into the mounting holes of the male mold, and resist against the female mold, thereby forming an exhaust passage adjustably configured between the male mold and the female mold. The exhaust passage is capable of being adjusted by operating the adjusting assembly.

Light guide plate mold

An optical fiber connector includes an insulative shell and a number of externally threaded converging lenses. The insulative shell defines a front wall, a rear wall opposite to the front wall. A number of receiving cavities extend from the front wall to the rear wall and through the insulative shell. Each receiving cavity includes a threaded screw hole at the end thereof. Each externally threaded converging lens is screwed at an end of the receiving cavity and configured to focus and collimate light transmitted from an optical fiber received in the receiving cavity.

Optical fiber connector

A fixing device includes a base, a first fixing arm, and a second fixing arm. The base has a first guiding slot and a second guiding slot perpendicular to the first guiding slot defined therein. The first fixing arm includes a first guiding rod and a first abutting portion slidably engaged with the first guiding rod. The first guiding rod extends through the first abutting portion and the base at the first guiding slot to move along the first guiding slot. The second fixing arm includes a second guiding rod and a second abutting portion fixedly engaged with the second guiding rod. The second guiding rod extends through the second abutting portion and the base at the second guiding slot to move along the second guiding slot. The first abutting portion and the second abutting portion cooperatively define a receiving space for fixedly receiving the backlight module on the base.
